I recently ordered a bunch of tea, including quite a bit from David’s Tea…and accidentally got sent 2 packets of this tea.

While I have a mild like for this tea, I think this will go in the iced tea pile. Not a bad thing, as there isn’t much tea I like in that pile. Yet anyways…since I plan on heading to Teavana tomorow or friday. Heh.

Nicely contrasted flavours that are balanced well; the fruit stands out without overpowering the green tea, itself. This is a tea I like to drink very hot because it affects a lovely aroma.

Pleasantly fruity without any tartness. Passionfruit is the major flavour note, to the point that I forgot I was drinking a green tea. The essence of passionfruit is captured perfectly without tasting artificial or overwhelming. I really enjoyed this hot, though it’s a very popular selection iced. Luckily this is part of DAVID’s TEA permanent collection!

I bought this tea the day it came out, but still haven’t reviewed it! Ah! I’m getting behind!

The smell of this tea is fabulous. It has a very strong fragrance which is great. It tastes about as strong as it smells too, which was surprising to me! I don’t think I’ve ever had a tea with as strong of a flavour as this one – I almost feel as though I am drinking a juice instead of a tea when I have it – that’s how strong it is!

With all of that being said, the flavor is only okay. It isn’t that I dislike this tea. I find the flavour to be slightly offputting. I think it might be because it is so strong. The pineapple tends to take over and makes it very sweet. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but I am not always in the mood for something this sweet. It is tasty, I just have to be in the right mood to drink it!
I have only made this tea cold, and I won’t be changing that. I can’t see myself enjoying this hot.

Will I drink it again? Yes. Will I buy more of it? Maybe…
It is refreshing on a hot day, but there are other teas that I enjoy more! :)

I got this as part of a set of teas recommended for drinking iced, and it turns out that I like it the best cold steeped. That’s what brings out the best balance between the green tea base and the sweet dried fruit pieces; otherwise it’s more of a lackluster green with too-subtle fruit additions. Very refreshing and with a nice natural sweetness when cold steeped!

This is one of my favorite green tea from David’s Tea. I bought a big tin. I still need to add sweetener to it, though, so it’s not the best. I am always on a quest to find greens that I don’t need to sweeten!

Hum. I don’t really know what to make of this tea. I was really exited when David’sTea released a passionfruit tea, but this one tastes too artificial and sweetened. I was hoping the green base would be stronger. Drinking it without knowing, I would think it is a fruit infusion and not a flavoured green tea. It is okay iced for summer, but I would not repurchase.

A nice tea – a pleasant fruity taste, reminiscent of Mango Madness… I enjoy it but it isn’t one I love, so with so many other teas out there I won’t rush to restock it, but I will enjoy what I have as I have it :D
