This is really nice! The chocolate and rooibos add a lovely depth to the mint flavour. These blend wonderfully, making a nice, soothing minty tea with a smoky layer. Excellent today with my sore throat.

This may be the weirdest thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure if I like it or not. It does have the smell of root beer, and brews up nice and cleanly. It has both notes of a nice mellow root beer, something like A&W, and the green jasmine taste underneath. So very, very strange.

Very nutty and sweet. More herbal than green in its taste. I really like it as a prior to bedtime tea, though.

My favourite of my recent DavidsTea raid last month. It’s a very fruity white, nearly herbal. It’s a very calming, smooth blend. It is quite expensive, however; more expensive per gram, and more dense than most teas by volume; it cost me about twice as much compared to the same amount of similar teas. Even then, I’d buy it again.

Honestly, with the cold I’m still fighting off, I can’t truly go into the flavour this morning, but it’s hot, wonderful on the throat, and the mango is sharp even through a head cold. Great, but I’ll have to rescore once my nose is operating at 100%.

A second meeting with the countess. I don’t know what it is; I used hotter water and a longer steep, and bingo, I like it. Maybe I just have an unrefined palete, and have to have my tea steeped to within an inch of it’s life. Or maybe I’m just in a better mood. No matter, the orange is nice and tart today, the green smooth underneath, the smell heavenly, and the orange peel not quite as bitter. There’s those extra points I was thinking this would get. Still not quite up to my current favourite, Kyoto Cosmo, but very, very good.

Well, I tried out my new tea and my new tumbler. It’s a pleasant green with a strong orange flavour. I found my first brew to be a little on the sour side; I like my citrus teas a little sweeter. It’s still very good for a green, though, and I wonder if it was this spoonful and a half or the tea. I can see me moving this up. Good, but not my favourite.

I think I can see the bottom of the can. I need to go tea shopping soon…

Back to the good stuff today. I’m going to be slightly sad when I empty my tin of this…
