836 Tasting Notes
I am very sensitive to stevia flavouring and I find that it overpowers the mango and fruity flavours with a dull bitter trail to the sip. It may also be the additives to the candied pineapple that makes this brew undrinkable for me. I am only just barely able to taste the white tea.
Flavors: Bitter, Fruity, Mango
Preparation
A bit of pleasant cranberry-tartness (likely from the hibiscus) with somewhat of a dull overall flavour. There’s a bit of a trailing hibicus aftertaste that is overpowering. I am detecting some nutty-savoury tones mixed with creamy apple and cinnamon that reminds me of Forever Nuts from DAVIDsTEA. This tisane is blended well but has too much hibiscus to it. I am also discouraged by how much “dry leaf” is required to achieve a decent flavour. I’m getting more of a cider flavour as it cools- the apple is coming more to the forefront and balancing out the tartness of the hibiscus.
Flavors: Apple, Cinnamon, Hibiscus, Nuts, Tart
Preparation
I brewed this tea according to the instructions on the bag. However, I’m just noticing right now that online it is recommended to infuse for 4-5 minutes. I will try infusing for that length of time next time I drink it. There are some pretty incredible flavours (smokey, woodsy, fruity) that are peeking out but they just aren’t bold enough in this brew.
Preparation
Caramel and strawberry notes. Wet autumn leaves. Medium mouthfeel. A hint of mineral taste. Roasted notes.

Flavors: Autumn Leaf Pile, Caramel, Mineral, Roasted, Strawberry
Preparation
Plum and fruity tones- almost like a fruitcake in the background. Note of honey sweetness. Barn-y, almost bitter note near the end of the sip. Make me think of copper when I drink it.
Second infusion at 4 minutes with same temperature. The astringency is softened. Still has nice flavour.
Flavors: Barnyard, Fruity, Honey, Plum
Preparation
Wheat-like aroma with hints in the flavour. Clean vegetal tone. Hint of malty sweetness at the back of the throat. Flavour is a bit weak for my liking- I may try to infuse at boiling in the future.

Flavors: Malt, Sweet, Vegetal, Wheat
Preparation
Very spicy (too spicy for my liking) and hits you at the back of the throat. Overall, very savoury profile. Aroma is very herb-like. Slight chamomile-like sweetness. Hint of peppermint tone.

Stevia is funny for me. Sometimes I don’t mind, but others… blech!
Sorry to hear that :( This one, for me, was neither here-nor-there.
Yikes, I’ll definitely stay away from this one. Don’t understand the stevia additions.
