128 Tasting Notes
Water: 8oz
Leaves: Tea Bag
Steep: 6m
Aroma:
Color: Deep orange/brown
Taste: Opening this tea was nothing special, I smelled the bag to see what scent profile I could write but for the dry bag there was nothing. Upon pouring water over the bag i got a slight pumpkin aroma. Another steep for 6m revealed another cloudy brew yet again. The taste was terrible bland like water but also bitter. There was also no spice flavor at all
Preparation
Water: 8oz
Leaves: Mixture of tea & spices
Steep: 3m
Aroma: Spice
Color: orange/brown
Taste: My first Chai tea the aroma is a blend spices which smells great! I also know this tea is quite popular when milk is added to make a latte, later I want to give that a try as well. On to brewing the first steep I decided to go with 3m so it wouldn’t get too strong. At first sip I found it to be a bit bland & bitter but as I continued drinking the bitterness died down slightly making drinking more pleasant experience. I can’t quite pinpont the flavors but it makes for a okay cup of tea with a slight bitter aftertaste. I wonder if i added some coconut sugar would it help to enhance the flavor.
Tea week, my plan is to drink 1 new tea every day from my current collection & write a review.
Thank You Tealated for the sample
Preparation
Water: 8oz
Leaves: Various small leaves
Steep: 3m,5m
Aroma: Peppermint w/ a hit of spearmint
Color: Golden Yellow
Taste: Upon opening the tea the scent was pleasant peppermint with a hit of spearmint mix in. As for brewing used 1tsp & steeped the first cup for 3 minutes . As for the taste it was light more so spearmint detected after brewing. A second steep this time for 5m I noticed the flavor profile didn’t change & remained the same. Overall I found this to be an okay light tea. Next time i’m going to try it using more tea leaves to see if I notice any differences.
*update- I used 2tsp and got a better steep more flavor + minty sensation after drinking

Happy New Year!
Water: 8oz
Leaves: Tea Bag
Steep: 2m
Aroma: Lemon
Color: Reddish Brown
Taste: From this tea I decided to do something different & start with a strong brew. The aroma was lemony w/ classic black tea scent. As for the taste it was bland & bitter
Preparation
Water: 8oz
Leaves: Tea Bag
Steep: 3m
Aroma: Cinnamon Spice
Color: Reddish Brown
Taste: This tea was actually a recommendation by a family member. I was on the lookout for something new since I haven’t had tea in a long time. I was also drawn to the name of this tea how could tea from a tea bag possibly be already sweet? So I decided to give it a try & I must say it’s one of my favorites! Since buying it the first time a month or so ago I have already brought another box. The aroma is cinnamon with a spice kick to it & the flavor to match cinnamon spice with a nice sweetness. This tea could also replace a sweet treat imo. Another plus is that it’s caffeine free, I can enjoy it at night without having to worry if I’ll have trouble falling asleep. Steeping I find that 3 minutes is good for a cup, 4 minutes the flavor can be too strong. The bag last for about 2 steeps with the second one being on the lighter side. As for the downside I read it’s best to avoid tea with natural flavors but this one taste soo good, I know that’s most likely where the sweetness comes from because all other ingredients listed aren’t sweet.Overall I like this tea a lot!
Preparation
Water: 8oz
Leaves: Tea Bag
Steep: 1m, 2m
Aroma: Peppery
Color: Reddish Brown
Taste: This is my first time trying a Earl Grey tea. I had ordered a sample packet on iherb & it came with 3 different teas from St.Dalfour. I had never heard of this company before so i decided to give it a try. What I found unique about this tea was the aroma it was peppery, which is quite different from what I’m used to when it comes to tea. As for the taste it was strong peppery & bitter, the second steep was lighter in flavor.Overall, I didn’t like this tea.
