Satisfaction- Guilt Free

Who doesn’t love chocolate? We all love chocolate so much that forecasters predict that the chocolate business in the US will reach 18 billion in sales by the year 2011. So, obviously no one needs convincing to dip into some sort of tasty chocolate treat. No matter how full I am, I can always fit in some chocolate every day. In fact, pairing chocolate with just about anything is gratifying to me.

But, combining tea with chocolate? I wasn’t a believer until I tasted black tea blended with cocoa, and infused with strawberry, almonds, or caramel pieces… WOW! It was the perfect taste without any calories. "That’s what I call “Satisfaction- Guilt Free!”

First off, this tea definitely smells amazing!
Not gonna lie, I ate a bunch of icees before I brewed up this cup of tea. So my tasting probably is just weird now. It doesn’t seem like most people taste cinnamon in this tea, but there’s a hint of it in there. Maybe that’s just the almond part I’m tasting? I’m not really sure. But I really like this tea! ^^ Thanks so much, mj1851!!

Awesome flavors, well balanced, with a nice black base. I love a chocolate tea with some real body to it. So often the chocolate seems like a afterthought. The leaves seem resteepable; dare I try when it is already after 5 pm. I’m going to throw caution to the wind and have some more!

Thank you mj1851 for a sample of this tea. I don’t know how you let this one out of your hands. It was very generous of you to share such a truly excellent tea!

I resteeped this tea this morning. Awesome! I was afraid it would water down too much. The chocolate almond remained beautifully. I plans to get more of this for my cupboard!

mj1851 sent this my way (Thxs guurl) and I have to say it’s pretty awesome. It’s more nutty than chocolatey and there is a nice maltiness (?) coming from the base. I’m sure I could develop cravings for this one. Nice :D

So I didn’t actually drink this last night, but while I was packing some of this up to send to Virginia I ate one of the almond pieces out of it….yeah…..don’t ever do that. Public service announcement.

LMAO I’m glad I just proofread this note because I had written pubic service announcement not public service announcement.

Virginia

Good to know, I always debate whether or not I should eat the stuff that’s in my tea, just to see…By the way, I will shamefully admit that I had to re read that last statement about 10 times and then compare it letter for letter before noticing the difference xD So embarrassing. Why am I always that girl that’s like “what?” with a dumb expression on my face?? EVEN ON THE INTERNET gaaah

That sounds like the title of a really sketchy craigslist add “Pubic service announcement” haha

Cheri

Both the public service announcement and your proofreading made me smile. Thanks!

mj

OMG so funny, I hope to never post a pubic service announcement on craigslist

ooh, this is delicious! I get little almond, but I’m okay with that, as it’s a really nummy chocolate tea. Dinosara you’ve spoiled me rotten. Thank you!

Thanks to Dinosara for sharing this with me.

The tea is definitely chocolate. I didn’t get much almond from it. The chocolate is sadly not my favourite chocolate flavour. :(

Adding some homemade coconut creamer made it better, and I did finish the travel mug of tea today.

It was a good tea to try, but not one I’m interested in hunting down and buying. :)

Thank you for sharing!
