90 Tasting Notes
Another DavidsTea sample. Hmm, I was not a fan of the dry leaf smell, it smelled like cat pee. I chalked it up to the brazil nuts and steeped it anyway. It’s okay, I can definitely drink the cup, but I probably won’t ever buy any.

Mmmm yummy! I got a sample of this in my order. I was skeptical, I always burn the delicate teas and they taste gross, but not this one. It was so floral and relaxing. I would definitely pick up 2oz of this every now and then, though it’s not a favorite.
Flavors: Jasmine
Preparation
Dry tea smell: I smell no signs of pumpkin flavored life. smells strongly of honey.
Steeped but not yet sipped: Smells like pie crust with a bit of honey and cinnamon… not a good sign. I am a sucker for anything pumpkin.
Sipped w/out cream: highly disappointed. I expected creamy and pumpkiny. I taste dough flavored cinnamon water. I’m going to go add a splash of creamer….
Sipped w cream: Nope, still not havin’ it. Oh well, happy I only bought 2oz
Flavors: Cinnamon, Honey

I was so excited when I got the sample of this tea. I had read mixed reviews so I never bought it. I can definitely taste the apple note as much as I smelled it, but their is something about it that just isn’t quite right when the tea. I’m not sure if it’s the artificial flavor or what, but I never taste the funny flavor, I smell it. It kind of reminds me of a green apple jolly rancher. I do wish I had at least sprang for 50 grams of this. While it’s not the best I’ve ever had I wouldn’t have minded having few more cups…
Flavors: Apple

I am quite disenchanted with this tea today. It has been a little less than a year from the purchase day and I’m just not feeling how sweet it is. I do not recall it being so sugary when I bought it! I think I put too much rock sugar in… :/ Maybe a second cup with no sugar will be better.
I love this tea, and I love real cotton candy. I received this as an “we’re sorry” gift from the company because I had originally purchased Birthday Cake and the tin it was in rusted shut after just two weeks and it spilled all over the floor when I finally pried it open. I asked since they were the same price if they could ship me 4 oz of the CC instead of BC and lo and behold it arrived. I was squealing like a preschool girl.
The flavor is so light and sweet, I was so happy that it didn’t fast like they just dumped a box of sugar in with the tea leaves. I’m going to stock up on more before it’s out :)

I made this tea at home this time instead of trying it in the store and now I love it! Unfortunately I discovered this after I got back from the store in NYC. I guess it just wasn’t made sweet or strong enough in the store, butI think this might be an online order along with Cool Cucumber once I pay taxes (ick!)
