292 Tasting Notes
I enjoyed a couple cups of Prairie Berry this afternoon while finishing up my articles for the week. It’s lightly sweet and lightly fruity, which I really like because overwhelmingly fruity teas are certainly not my thing. It was an excellent choice to get me through the last few hours before my weekly deadline. Thanks, Prairie Berry.
Preparation
My first tea of the day! I think this one could benefit from a slightly longer steeping time, as it seems a little weak after five minutes. And while I love (LOVE) the flavor of the apple and the maple, I wish there was a bit more green tea to it. But all in all, this is one of my favorite teas. It’s comforting and cozy and it just feels like hugs.
Preparation
It is definitely more flavor than tea, haha! But it’s very tasty and nice when I want something sweet. I just ordered hot lips, and I read your review… I am super excited to get it!
Just had a cup of this while waiting for dinner to cook. Yes, dessert before dinner. I needed something yummy because I’m having a busy day and I have to stay up and write tonight. So. It’s just as delicious as usual, I was seriously debating adding 50g of this to the order I am hoping to make this week, but took it off because I’m planning to swap for some other black teas and don’t want too much.
Haha, too much tea!
Preparation
Wish it wasn’t black tea based. Still trying to find a banana tea with a green or white base. Difficult!
Ooooh, I bet a banana green would be lovely! I don’t drink a LOT of black tea, but when I’m in the mood for it, this is such a nice selection. I mostly drink green.
Also, I noticed DavidsTea has a banana oolong. It is being discontinued, but it is currently in stock. It might be good!
I had this earlier today while I was fighting with my ex-boyfriend and crying. Also, I’m sick. This might be a terrible reflection on the true taste of this tea, but I was a bit let down. It smells very creamy and delicious, however, the taste didn’t quite live up to that aroma.
