This was a sipdown, and was actually in my cupboard so I got to remove! I have way too many teas that just never got listed…

There used to be a deli nearby that sold caramel apples that were out of this world. The apples were HUGE and they had many varieties, my favorite being the Turtle Apple, covered in caramel, then chocolate, then rolled in chopped pecans, and drizzled with more chocolate. A single apple would feed four. Well, in theory they did but who listens to serving size advice for something as good as this?

This tea is caramel and apple, and I forgive it for having clove. Ha ha! It was delish with a bit of caramel Milka bar and some fresh pecans for my snack between students.

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fifteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
