I had my last cup of this today. I had received about 1.5 oz from MirandaGou. It has served me well. This was a comforting tea for me. If nothing else sounded good at work I would always turn to this tea. It also re-steeped nicely. I now have 3.5 oz of Zen Tea’s EGC to sip on.

I received this in MissB’s tea stash sale. Thank you!

I had this on my wishlist and when I saw it for sale thought I would pick it up. Unfortunately the cinnamon in this was way too strong for me and the pumpkin does not shine through enough to make up for it. I am glad I got to try it, but I hope I can find a home for the rest of it. It is not my cup of tea.

Boiling 3 min, 30 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I received a few cups of this from Marcel Duchamp. Thank you!

Milk Oolong is one of my favorites so I have been trying to sip as many as I can. This one was interesting. It was a bit less creamy than I am use to, it also had a hint of mint at the end of each sip. The tea was a little less green and a bit more roasted than my favorite oolong. All in all it was a good cup but not my top pick for oolongs.

Preparation
195 °F / 90 °C 3 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I received a few teaspoons of this in a swap with Marcel Duchamp. Thank you!

This is a tea that I have had my eyes on trying for awhile.. The idea of cilantro and pineapple sounds really interesting. By the time this sample reached me though it had taken a bit of a beating. Mr. Postman was not nice to this sample:( I made a large cup of this in hopes I would get to try it hot and cold. It worked. Both hot and cold the fruityness of the tea is the first thing I taste. It is very pleasant and the sweetness of it is at the back of the sip. I get a slight hint of cilantro mixed in. It seems some sips I get a sweet sip and some I get a sip accented with something that seems like the cilantro. As this cools the flavors become a bit more pronounced to me. Unfortunately as this cup cooled it also got a bit bitter. I hope I can blame part of that on the power form that I made this tea from. I dint’ really get the cream portion of this tea, but all in all it was a very enjoyable cup. I think I may have to add a 1/2-1 oz to my next butiki order. I think it would be a fun iced tea this summer.

I received a sachet of this from Marcel Duchamp in our swap. Thank you!

I had this as my afternoon cup of tea. It was a nice fruity cup. The strawberry was subtle, but blended well with the base. I enjoyed this one.

I received a sample of this in my swap with Marcel Duchamp. Thank you!

This to me tasted like a Ceylon. I was actually wondering if this by chance was labeled incorrectly. It was a nice tea base with a fruity honey flavor. I actually added honey to the cup this morning just like I would a cup of Ceylon. This was a nice cup. Thank you!

Boiling 3 min, 30 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I received a very generous sample of this from Marcel Duchamp. I had been wanting to try another companies version of Lady Londonderry so I was really excited when I saw this one.

This was a sweet strawberry/lemon tea. It was very light and fruity with a hint of floral. I had this hot this morning but I think this would also be very good iced. The last version I had of this tasted to me like plastic, this version was wonderful. I am glad I did not give up on Lady Londonderry!

Boiling 4 min, 45 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I received a sample of this from bluebelle. Thank you for sharing.

The weather hinted at spring today so I was feeling like ice tea. This looked like it would be good as an ice tea so I made a cup of this. It was good! Peachy, lemony and a nice white tea base. Very refreshing. I might add a bit of sugar on my next cup. Thank you!

Haha this originated from me! I love when tea travels :)

Haha! I see this a lot. I have received a few samples that from the comments I can tell the tea has been passed along. It is fun that it travels so much.

I received a sample of this from Allie. Thank you for letting me try this one.

This is interesting. This to me tastes like roasted sugar. I could see how you could get sweet popcorn treat out of this. There wasn’t a lot of tea in this, but it was a nice treat.

I received a sample of this from bluebelle. Thank you for sharing this one with me.

I was looking for a black tea to add milk and a bit of sugar to for dessert tonight, but came across this and thought what the heck. I am glad I opted for this one. It is very yummy. It is a light cup that is smooth, creamy, and sweet. There is a light hint of coconut, and a very nice flavoring of vanilla. I am so glad I got to try this one. For next time I will try to add a bit more leaf and steep time to see if the flavor is enhanced any.

Coconut. Thank you. I thought I was crazy. Every time I make it I think it’s coconut vanilla oolong.

Bio

I started drinking tea while on a 4 month long cycling trip through South America. It seemed to always be a great way to warm up when I was cold and it was always available everywhere. Mate was the big tea of choice down there and it was also a great way to get to know people. When I returned home, my sister introduced me to Teavana and this launched me into the realm of loose leaf tea.
