Enjoyed a cup of this first thing this morning. I know it’s summer, but this is GOOD! And who says you can’t have pumpkin all year round? ;)

TeaLady441

I feel the same way!

Lariel of Lórien

And I didn’t know chocolate went so well with pumpkin.

SIPDOWN! Thanks to kittenna for parting with some of her dear chocolate pumpkin pie. I can understand why she likes this one so much as it would be a good travel mug tea. I like that this version is a bit more muted in the spice department than the non chocolate version. I’m not sure which i’d prefer though as I seem to be out of my pumpkin mood – likely because it’s SPRING! it’s SPRING! and spicier teas (chai’s for example) tend to be what i prefer drinking in fall and winter.

overall this is a good little cup of tea and resteeps pretty well.

I’m enjoying this seasonally appropriate tea this afternoon from my surprise secret pumpkin box from BrewTEAlly Sweet :D

This smells like pumpkin spice with a hint of chocolate. Mmm, dessert! The base tea is smooth, the flavorings are realistic enough, and everything is pretty balanced. It is an enjoyable desserty treat!

Having all these new teas to try is great- it is keeping me from jonesing to make another tea order, lol. Yep, I’m a tea addict :P

Yay I’m glad you enjoyed it I have yet to get to it:( I’ll try and wake up earlier than 3.30 am so I have time to make some tea to take to work!

I didn’t know if I’d like this one. I’m not generally a fan of other pumpkin flavoured things like ,cheesecake. I wasn’t sure how chocolate would lend itself to pumpkin.

The dry notes smell kind of like artificial chocolate, musty ick. Steeped it smells chocolatey and pumpkiny
My first few sips I felt it tasted like tootsie rolls. Yummy delicious tootsie rolls, but that aren’t getting stuck in your teeth. This is yummy, I’m impressed. The more this tea cools the more it tastes like pumpkin pie mixed with some chcolate. Another win for Della Terra.

I really love this one too, and you’re right it does taste like a tootsie roll. I’m almost finished my packet and just ordered another one. I think Della Terra is my new favourite.

I am absolutely loving this chocolate and pumpkin combination. It’s sweet and spicy and rich, and the flavours are perfectly balanced.

A nice change from your usual pumpkin chai, this one is a little quirky and different, but they’ve pulled it off wonderfully. I find myself craving it more and more often. It all melds together into this creamy-sweet concoction with just a touch of spice.

I love all these twists on pumpkin tea that I’ve been trying lately. There are evidently many different ways to create a pumpkin blend, whether it be sweet and subtle or packing a spicy punch.

It’s Autumn next week. Yay! So I decided to have more of this (it is part of the Harvest Collection).

I’m drinking this while watching an episode of Star Trek- The Next Generation. Somehow, I don’t taste much pumpkin anymore. It tastes like spiced chocolate pie with maybe a pumpkin cookie crust. So I need a Star Trek uniform and replicator rations for a pie.

I’m trying to get through all my recent orders and swaps because it is getting outrageously crazy. Anyways I sent this one out to quite a few people before I even tried it. Many have ranted and raved about this one and I was not all that awed by it. Maybe I didn’t steep it long enough…idk. I tasted some of the spiced but that’s all :( I’ll have to give this another try. I got 2 steeps out of this. The second was weak…grrr not a good tea day for me.

I’ve been so busy lately! That probably won’t change until Thanksgiving, but thankfully there is tea and chocolate, and sometimes even chocolate tea.

I forgot to log this the first time I drank it, last week. I had just made a cup when a friend stopped by on her way home from work, we chatted for a long time, I made her some tea (peppermint), and then I made dinner for everyone. Somewhere in there I forgot about posting a review!

I was a little wary when I saw the tiny pumpkin candies; usually when I see candies in tea it means I will soon be thinking “holy sugar overload, Batman”. But like everything else I’ve tried from DellaTerra, this is really great. The chocolate flavor is rich, dark, and creamy. The pumpkin flavor isn’t strong for me, but still there mingled with the chocolate. I can also taste the cinnamon and nutmeg blending with the pumpkin and chocolate. And best of all, it isn’t too sweet!

Dessert tea is definitely not an every day thing for me, but DellaTerra is winning me over as a good choice when I do want some flavored tea!

Thanks Kittena! I’m so happy I was able to finally try this. It’s pretty amazing! It’s really not the right season for it, but I can see this being essential in the fall.

I got this in a wonderful package from BrewTeally Sweet. I am always looking for a good black tea and this seasonal one from Della Terra is so much fun. It has a good quality base and it follows up with a solid chocolate, malty and well seasoned flavor with nutmeg and hints of vanilla. I have yet to try it sweet. It’s so good as it.

I am sooooooo glad you liked it! :)
