I just read one of my previous tasting notes on this one and I’m glad I did. This is over a year old but stored well. I thought maybe it was losing its flavor as the vanilla is pretty light. Turns out that is how this always was, I just forgot. I like it that way as to me vanilla easily overtakes a cup and dominates. So if you are a vanilla fiend this won’t cut it for you. If like me, you prefer it stay a background note this is quite nice. The bergamot is flavorful but also on the light side. I have enough for one more cup.
