is it? could it be? yes it is! SIPDOWN! The best part of this sipdown? Nothing says GOOD MORNING! like a cup of this malty, chocolate delicious black tea with a homemade mocha brownie first thing in the morning. Oh yea ladies and germs, i’m breaking all the rule and eating a delicious delicious brownie. with tea. and said brownie has coffee in it. and it’s sooooooo gooooooodd with this particular tea. HAPPY MORNING!
mmmmmmm I haven’t had this in a while so i sunck some from my friends stash since she’s given me the go ahead to start drinking it since she doesn’t anticipate getting to it before it goes bad. I’ve forgotten how sweet this one is. It’s still delicious and wonderful but man it’s sweet lol.
Sip down! Put your mind to something and you can do it! Managed to get myself to under 160 this weekend so now I just have to aim for 9 more before Saturday :) I think I can I think I can! Hahaha even if I don’t manage I’m still pretty proud of myself for getting it this low after how high it was when I got back from china. And! For the most part I haven’t made too many orders in march, which was also a mini goal of mine.
Anyway this was a really interesting blend to have and it was nice to try out the Amoda tea box. I may just need to pick it up again now that my cupboard is a little more manageable.
SIPDOWN! 161!
While this has been an enjoyable tea, i don’t think (insert type of tea) are my thing. or at least this tea isn’t. it’s nice enough but nothing that screams OMG!
SIPDOWN! I’ve been drinking this throughout the day in between my other cups of tea. I’m sad to see it go but happy to be one tea closer to getting to 150 haha. I would pick this up again in a heartbeat. It’s not a tea i would drink every day but it’s a really nice black tea that has honey, sweet notes in it. It’s not a bold, tall, dark and steamy black but it is wonderful and a treat to drink!
I was pretty sure this would not be a tea for me but it’s not a bad little tea. It’s not something i’ll ever re-stock but I for sure can drink this down. It’s very green…and tastes like eating spinach. There’s a mouthiness to this that i can’t quite describe.
Alright…it’s oonlong afternoon for a little bit so that I can get through a few of the teas that i really need to at least try. Thanks again to Nature’s Tea leaf for this sample! I picked this one, not because I love oolongs (as most of you know by now, i dislike strongly) but because i figure someday i’ll find some amazing oolongs that rock my socks.
This tea? It’s not half bad for an oolong. It doesn’t have that overly vegetal taste that i can’t handle in oolongs, nor does the smell permeate my nose. Instead this is a bit darker, while not quite being a truly dark oolong. There is a sweetness, but it’s not overly strong. Overall a pretty decent oolong (high praise from me!)
mmmmm i really do love this tea. It’s maple, it’s pecan, it’s delicious! Very nearly at the bottom of my bag of this..yes it’s just a coincidence that stacy’s having a sale involving one of my fav straight blacks! I have a crazy amount of butiki teas in my house lol. I need to get drinking some of them asap! Anyway this tea? Still one of my happy teas from stacy. It may take a break from my cupboard over the summer but we’ll see. it’s pretty delicious…even as an oolong! :)
Hey, who’s judging? :)
I always eat my treats in the morning. Ice cream is the breakfast of champions.

A few times when going to a restaurant for breakfast, I’d just order off the dessert menu. Total WIN! Hey, breakfast is important! heheheeee!
