This is interesting! It’s a little spiced and a little fruity. I’m enjoying it cold. I’d say it tastes the most like spiced raspberry. It’s a little reminiscent of pastries, which is what it’s going for. Yeah, this one is definitely desserty in a baked good fashion. One of the better Trader Nick’s teas I’ve tried for sure! The rooibos is the perfect base for it.

They have an amazing “raspberry snail” (direct translation, more like raspberry cinnamon bun, minus the cinnamon XD) in Denmark and this description made me immediately think of that and smile. :)

That sounds both cute and tasty!

Made myself a mug of this last night and was so impressed by it! I mean, every element just hit me in exactly the right kind of way. Smooth and nutty rooibos base with sort of oat meal or oat muffin liked bakery kind of notes balanced by a sweet, bright and very jammy and cooked down duo of raspberry and rhubarb. Definitely a home baked pastry kind of vibe. I don’t know if muffin or crumble or pie or whatever feels most apt but it was just exactly the right intensity, balance, sweetness… Just all the things.

Another sample from Cameron B! Thanks so much! One teabag, one more sipdown!  Oh this blend sounded complex and well thought out.  I was trying to think of an appropriate movie to watch while drinking this, as the description mentions “your favorite princess movie”.  And really, the flavor here really does seem extremely fitting for a princess theme.  I couldn’t think of a resulting flavor from a tea that would more scream PRINCESS. And it’s hard to describe why!  It’s all fruit sweetness.   Mostly rhubarb with a hint of coconut, which reminds me of a Dammann Freres rooibos blend.   I definitely wouldn’t mind stocking up on this to be yet another tea available for a rhubarb choice!

This was a free sample with my subscription. They always include a bonus single serving sample along with the two monthly blends, which I think is a nice touch.

It’s supposed to be a fruity-nutty rooibos, but it’s mostly coming off as cherry candy to me. And unfortunately, it just tastes super medicinal with the rooibos base. I think I’m getting a hint of rhubarb? But mostly just cherry cough drop and rooibos.
