From Teaopia

As its name suggests this tea is great to have after a meal since it aids in problems of indigestion and heartburn. After Lunch is the perfect combination of melissa, tulsi, apple pieces, peppermint leaves, liquorice root, camomile, fennel, caraway, rosemary and marigold petals. The vanilla-anise flavour of this all natural blend is the perfect way to relieve any post-meal ailments safely and caffeine free.

This is stinky.

Herbally, Chamomile, Licorice, Mint type stinky.

But as far as Herbals go – this is pretty decent. Perhaps it’s the addition of the apple or maybe the vanilla…regardless…it seems to work well.

Pretty good!

I don’t remember you using the word ‘stinky’ before! ;)

This is a nice herbal after a meal just as the name suggests. Does seem to aid in digestion. I like the liquorice flavour in an otherwise mild herbal.
