Sadly, this tea didn’t taste as good as it smelled :( It’s all delicious vanilla, but the flavour was flat to me, and just didn’t work. I threw in some brown sugar and that improved it, but there was still a bit of a strange flat flavour to the cup that I wasn’t fond of. Perhaps I’ll like it better the next time I try it!

Good to know. I almost ordered some of that, but it wasn’t available in the 1oz size.

Another highly-recommended blend suggested to me when I placed my first DT order! I love this. It’s not a fake vanilla taste, it’s a very real vanilla.

It’s Friday! So I get to drink lots of tea without worrying about it keeping me up at night. And I just got my Della Terra order full of cozy fall teas, which just makes it extra awesome.

Yum! This is a delicious vanilla tea. It’s creamy and rich with no additions. I think it would also make a tasty base if you felt like blending, like adding some cacao shells or chai spices or mint. Aw man, I really wish I had bought more. I’m sitting at my desk just warming myself up with a big mug of this. Mmm simple pleasures!

Homina. Just…guh. This is amazing. I want to sink down into this for the rest of ever. I thought I had found the perfect vanilla black, but I was wrong, they all pale in comparison. Creamy vanilla that just…mmm. Dark deliciousness.

How did I not find out about this perfect tea company before? I am in love and cannot wait to order more!!

Many thanks to LiberTEAS for including this as one of her Day 3 teas! This was so sweet and creamy and well sweet and creamy! I love a good vanilla flavored tea and this was just great. I’ll be adding it to the tea want list. Yum! Can’t wait until I get home to try the other two. :)

This vanilla black was pretty good. There was a nice creaminess and a not really subtle, but not overwhelming vanilla taste as well. I think I may prefer Vanilla Comoro to this, but only by a little bit.

Thanks Cavocorax :)

Yummy goodness, this is comfort tea at its best. This will be my go to on a bad day. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Well balanced flavors, the black or the vanilla doesn’t overshadow the other.

This is OK, but a bit weak for my tastes. Or rather, it feels like something’s missing. I appreciate there’s no alcohol burn to the vanilla; it’s smooth and gentle and comes off as pretty authentic. Just wish the tea tasted as good as it smells. The tea base, while being present which is a relief, seems like one I’m not crazy about—not terrible but not my favorite sort. Ceylon maybe? Makes me wonder if this has the potential to go the way of so many Culinary Tea flavored blacks, where cold steeped proved much more delicious. I’m noticing as it cools to merely warm it tastes better already…also tempted to try this with some almond or rice milk.

Not bad. When I opened this packet, my first thought was “oh, smells like another chocolate tea…That’s weird.” But, when this one brewed up and I added a little sugar, the vanilla flavor burst forth. I am a vanilla connoisseur, and I would not say that this tea smells truly like real vanilla, but it’s approximation is close, and ends up lending a sweet creaminess to this tea. I wish it tasted a bit more like real vanilla, but this is pretty tasty, so I’m happy with this blend. My daughter loves it.

Backlog from whenever:

This is a really nice, clear, smooth vanilla tea. However, it works better if you add a tiny bit of sugar. I don’t have any cream in the house, but I bet this would work very well with cream (I used milk but it was too thin).
