I received this in a swap from Beorhthraefn. Thank you.

Yet another Butiki tea I really wanted to try. I really loved the Pumpkin Milkshake so when I saw another tea with pumpkin in it I thought I would give it a go. I was a little scared off by the cinnamon, but I am glad I went for it anyway. This is really nice. I am glad I have an 1oz to play around with. I think adding a little sugar and milk would really make the flavors pop a bit. Also I made trying adding more steep time as the first steep provided a bit of a weak base. Overall this was really nice!

A truly lovely tea, even though I only get pumpkin at the very end of the sip and after I sit with it a bit – it’s a lot like the creamy filling of a pumpkin pie, although really subtle (for me).

1.5 tsp in 12 oz.

Have you had Pumkin Milkshake? How does this compare if you have?

To jump in, this was heavier on the cinnamon for me. I’m sure it would be nice with cream, but I agree, the pumpkin was a little subtle. But one of those that if you were to throw in 1 oz. into an order, it’s no loss since it’s easy and pleasant enough to drink, if that makes sense.

Yummm. Davidstea pumpkin chai has finally met it’s match for me. Nice smooth and mellow black tea (which you can actually taste!) with a wonderful pumpkin pie aftertaste. Love this one. Not bitter even despite being forgetful and steeping for way too long.

I tried this again. I used twice the amount of leaves as recommended and steeped twice as long. I still think it only tastes like weak black tea. I don’t understand why my experience is so different from everyone else’s, but this tea is not for me.
