Often I forget to use the malty descriptor. Malts were and still are, one of those American past times I can’t stand. Granted I am also allergic to cow’s milk… But that is the main descriptor for this tea. Malty to the core. The longer you let it steep the heavier the malt becomes. The aroma is ripe with earthy tones. Wet leaves, compost, musty. The wet leaves are a beautiful dark chocolate color.
