Edit: I’m dumb. I missed sage in the ingredients. it’s definitely there. And I definitely saw it. Derp. If you like sage like I do you’ll enjoy this tea.
Disappointed but this will not affect the score. 1. When I read Wight I was extremely excited thinking this was a prelude to an interesting description using the Lightbringer Book Series that I am absolutely loving.
Strangely there is a slight flavor of sage, though that could also be the magic of impression. Say a tea tastes like almonds and it’s highly likely you will taste almonds. The lemongrass and rose mix to make a light herbal flavor that is difficult to define but still delightful. Not sure I would call this buttery as the website describes but it could just be a difference in the time since I received it to when this bag was filled. One must also remember that each persons buds are also different so even you may taste something different than I. Lastly, the aroma. It started off like a rose garden had suddenly bloomed in front of me. But within a minute it was gone. Replaced with something strange. Now it’s soft sage with evergreen underbrush.
