It’s a tart, but yummy cup of tea. I can only drink it hot. Some have said it curdles when milk is added, because of the hibiscus. but I have not had that issue. I like to turn it into a latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick (if I have any). I find it’s super comforting in the evening, and goes with some desserts (esp. most cookies)
