630 Tasting Notes
After taking a few years to sip down a giant stash, I am finally buying some new teas! Teaching means no time for loose leaf most days except in the evenings, so it has taken quite awhile. I have been taking extra time to brew this in my to-go cup in the mornings, though. The burnt sugar aspect really shines with a little milk and a smidge of sweetener, and it is divine. On it’s own, it edges on a bit tangy.
Preparation
Finishing this up! Starting weight watchers has refocused me on making sure I drink more tea, for hydration purposes, and I am so glad! The past two weeks have reminded me how much I love it!
This one is earthy and strong, really perfect for a quick wake up drink for every day. Not my most favorite in the world…but good.
I bought this as an inexpensive way to have tea at school. I also love blackberries, and particularly love them combined with herbals. I wish I had a candle of this. I had a blackberry basil one once upon a time and it was amazing. I am surprised at how fragrant this is. While it might not be the best in the world, it is very tasty, and I will likely repurchase.
Preparation
Long time no reviews. Heck, long time no new tea. In my travels, I decided to get a Numi variety pack. Normally I am loose leaf all the way but at school and while travelling, bags are just simpler.
That said, I didn’t find this to be very special. Black tea. Standard bagged fare for me.
Preparation
This was very interesting. I tasted butterscotch the strongest, followed by the peach. The slight smoky edge gave it a sense of cooked peach, combining with the butterscotch to give an overall feel of a baked peach dessert. I enjoyed it, despite smoky teas not being my thing, because the smoke was really subtle.
