90 Tasting Notes
I had a truly amazing cup of this on the bus home from work tonight. I put a serious pump of agave in it and steeped it for 6-8 minutes. unfortunately, i was on the bus and so the tsac stayed in the whole ride home and it started to get a little mroe heavy on the apple and the nuts kind of got lost. however, it was still amazing.
Preparation
Currently drinking the most amazing cup of secret weapon I have ever tasted. I sweetened it slightly and added some chocolate almond milk to it and it’s like a hug for my tummy before bed. This is already one of my favourite teas but this cup meant I just had to increase my rating.
Preparation
I am slightly obsessed with this tea at the moment. I have been struggling to cut as much processed sugar as possible out of my diet, so I have been satisfying my sweet tooth with agave sweetened iced tea. I like to steep this one very strong and then iced it. However, this trick for me seems to be straining it off the ice after it’s cooled right down. Otherwise it starts to melt and the tea just gets a bit watery. All this aside, this is just my personal preference. I’ve also tried it unsweetened both iced and hot and enjoyed it. I am going to buy a tin of it along with one of the new clear perfect mugs :)
This is hands down my favourite iced herbal. I don’t love it hot, but that tends to be true of about 50% of teas I find, so don’t trust me too much lol. However, tonight I infused about 40g of Goji Pop into a 750ml bottle of vodka. (Using a steeper from a tea cup, I poured the vodka through the tea about 10 times, then stirred it right into the vodka when I still wasn’t happy with the flavour. I mixed it with lemonade and club soda over iced and it was amazing.
