This is my “go to” afternoon tea. It is impossible to make wrong. No matter what I do to it, it still comes out tasting good.

Chamomile with an unsweet cranberry flavor.

I took a stroll down to David’s Tea after lunch to sample the tea of the day. Cranberry Pear. It was very smooth, almost creamy, with a fruity aroma. I liked it, but will probably not buy more. It might make a spectacular ice tea though.

Aromatic and delicious. My fall favorite.

I followed the advise of the David’s Tea representative and used slightly less tea per cup than the 1 1/4 tsp. that they recommend. The water that I use is “instant hot water” out of the dispenser at the office, and it works just fine for this rooibos. It comes out sweet and buttery, and is very nice after lunch.

I had forgotten how much I like this tea. The chocolate and coconut are perfectly balanced. The sweetness is perfect for me to drink plain.

Flavors are a bit more delicate than what I had expected. Not enough maple flavor and really not as sweet as they claim.

Too astringent for me. Not enough lemon flavor.
