yep…still prefer just plain ol’ cacao from HI…though HI’s customer service and communication with their customers is so awful, it’s hard to justify either. I’m actively looking for an alternative to their cacao as a result. this one is mint and chocolate but it’s watery and wimpy. so meh. even after a 15 min steep

Perhaps the mojito or mint crio bru would be a good alternative for this one?
i’ll have to check it out – i know they’ source their shells from a local place here in toronto but maybe tisano would be better :)
You know, I never heard ANYTHING from them. ZERO communication through that entire thing. I’m hoping the crio bru is a good alternative! The first sample I had was amazing, but the second cup was difficult to strain – my filter clogged right up and I couldn’t get my liquid out – ended up with half a cup instead of a full one. So, that needs work. (Aside from that, I love how chocolately it is!)
I unsubscribed from their mailing list so I wouldn’t be tempted. That is so not cool.
