836 Tasting Notes
Good mix of spices. Cinnamon is most strong throughout into the aftertaste. A bit dilute-tasting on the finish. Mild coconut flavour and creaminess. I would maybe try to increase the concentration of dry leaf. This would definitely be great as a latte.
Preparation
Creamy sweet brewed tea aroma.
Good flavour on the sip. I think there’s some contamination on this mug here with some teas that I have been drinking previously. Flavour seems a bit dilute. I would maybe try infusing at a lower temperature for a bit shorter amount of time.
Flavors: Cream
Preparation
Brewed tea has a delicious aroma with a nice mix of scents.
Nice mix of flavours. I am a fan of licorice and enjoy the balance of that flavour with the other spices. I can also taste cinnamon. Vanilla flavour is present only in the aftertaste and is artificial-tasting. Overall flavour is slightly dilute, as if there was not enough actual tea in the mix. This may do better with a stronger concentration of dry leaf. I would be hesitant to increase the infusion time in case of potential astringency.
Flavors: Cinnamon, Licorice, Vanilla
Preparation
Dry leaf has a pudding sweetness and hints of oatty almond and soft sweet apple.
During the infusion, I am detecting a tangy-type aroma.
Flavour is good but a bit light. I would recommend using more dry leaf per ml and infusing for as long as possible.
Pairs really nicely with a cookie which brings out the flavour of the tisane.
