I’m very interested in Africa’s developing tea industry. This is the first estate tea from Africa I’ve had, most tea varying between small farms and hard to regulate, to my understanding.I get to try this courtesy of Nicole. Thank you! The brewing smells like navel orange peel! Slightly earthy but mostly one note of orange peel. This is best for blending, I think. I’d love to try this with a mild Keemun for a winter wake-up.
Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 3 min, 30 sec
