I enjoyed a cup of this over the weekend, while Jake and I were finishing up the Battle of the Earl Greys. Each time I make up a cup of this I am impressed again with how the very light touch of vanilla adds just the right amount of creaminess to this tea. A lot of the “creamy” Earl Greys I’ve tried during this project are more cream flavor than tea, but this one rises above all that into a level all its own.
