377 Tasting Notes
Switching it up this afternoon, and this hit the spot. Call me crazy but everytime I drink this tea I feel like I’m drinking a fruited pale ale. Except I’m ok to drive. The body of this tea reminds me of an ale and that’s not a bad thing. I’m not usually a fan of white teas but this is decent.
In the spirit of experimentation I threw in a few shakes of rubbed sage into mix. Let me tell you it made for quite the fabulous cup. Savory and delicious!
To quote So I married an Axe Murderer " I believe all Scotish cuisine is based on a dare". Same goes here. What do you do with the left over popcorn kernels that didn’t pop….throw em in a tea pot and see what you get. I happen to like the warm unpopped kernels so I do like this tisane.
Ahhh I like this tea more and more. I get a little bit of Earl Grey when I drink this now. The black tea is definitely robust. The Jasmine, honey, and vanilla flavors make it a worthy choice for the afternoon. One of my co-workers commented on how good this tea smells. It is marvelous and the aroma left in the cup is like that of a wonderful Cavendish.
