This is a really nice oolong blend. From what I’ve tried so far I like oolong plenty on its own, but the addition of peach and almond in this make it feel more calming.

At first taste the almond as an almost roasted flavor, which then calms down and allows the peach and apricot to shine through. None of the other flavors overwhelm the oolong or cover it up, which I also like. I may be buying this one, simply because I can’t get enough of the mix! Almonds and peaches together make a delicious and balanced cup of tea.

Not sure why, but this one tastes better today. Maybe it’s because I’m still stuffed from a hearty Thai curry lunch. Or maybe I’m just focused on work for a change. Or maybe, it’s because I’m down to my last teabag-ful and won’t be restocking until next semester (gasp!). Regardless, I am satisfied with this steep: a solid, cleansing tone with notes of fruity peach to keep things interesting, but not overdone. I’ll have to get another flush in to get the most of it before the self-imposed hiatus.

Now back to work.

I think I just need to accept that oolongs may not my my thing. I don’t find this tea offensive, but it is really not my favourite. Nor is it something I would really jump to reach for again. I am not getting the floral not I got from the Pineapple Oolong, but the fruit flavours are so much more muted than I had hoped that they would be! I am getting hints of peach and of almond, but I like a clearer flavoured fruit tea. This is not a bad tea, just not quite the right fit for me.

Made this last night and I was pretty wiped from a ball game in the hot weather so not sure I remember everything about it. I do remember it tasted nice and sweet even thought there was no sweetener added to it. I am not ever going to rate it since I can’t remember it that well.
But I do remember that it was better when it cooled alot. Will update later or do a new review.

Not bad, but i find that the peach flavour clashes with the oolong. I’m not a big fan of this mix. I prefer drinking straight oolong.

I really like this tea. It almost tastes a tiny bit too good to be true though. (not quite fake, but really flavorful) Delicious though.

Enjoying my first cup of this fruity blend. I’m not blown away by this. I think I prefer fruity peach teas with a jasmine green base as opposed to the oolong. I just find that it’s missing a layer of flavour. It’s a pleasant cup of tea and it glows in my cup which is nice.

What a warm and refreshing nectar. The peach in this tea really tempers the oolong leaf – which I find is not especially pungent in this blend. The almond comes through as a nice addition to this melange, but does not have a distinct flavor of its own.

The mouth feel of this tea is a little dry and nectar-ish, although not negatively so. It’s a pleasant thing.

I like this as-is or sometimes lightly sweetened with stevia for dessert.

Great, well-balanced tea.

My first oolong – not my first taste of oolong, but rather the first I’ve purchased for myself and steeped at home.

Dry it smells almost like a rich peach liqueur, or caramelized peaches. Steeped it is DELICOUS both hot and cold (and lukewarm, when you make it and leave the cup somewhere…) – the taste of peaches and almonds are definitely bright and present, along with a warmer toasty flavour that I’m assuming comes from the tea itself. 2nd steep just as tasty and satisfying!

Note – Jun 8: I still like the taste of this tea, but am now finding the liquorish, almost fermented smell of the peach to be a bit off-putting. I find I now go to Happy Kombucha when I want a fruity oolong!

I got a cup of this to go today while out with a friend and it was really good! He got it iced and I got it regular, and we both let each other sample them to compare if we liked the tea more hot or iced. I found that once this cooled down a bit (probably about ten minutes after I bought it) it was a lot better. Very sweet and smooth, with a perfect hint of creaminess.
