6768 Tasting Notes
I’m always up for a blueberry flavored white tea!
This is the first time I’m trying TeaFrog’s version and I must say it’s lovely! It’s a moderately flavored white…not overly so. Plump Blueberries with a hint of floral taste.
I already know this would be good iced too!
Well, they aren’t really “pearls” like you would assume – not little balls – but if it tastes ok…I’m cool with that!
:)
The aroma is barely there as the leaves unwind. They are unwinding VERY slowly. I went about 6 minutes and they aren’t undone so I am sure you could get multiple infusions out of them but it’s light in color and scent. It’s a very pale yellow.
The taste isn’t bad, however, it’s more flavorful than I thought it would be based on the above. Not VERY flavorful just more flavorful than I expected, I guess. This is nice…mellow…but nice. If you are looking for a whispering cuppa for an evening or to calm your nerves…try this!
Fennel! Fennel! I smell Fennel! Oye! I hope it doesn’t taste as intense as it smells!
I love the name of this company and their logo! Just have to mention that!
This ‘steeps’ into a yellowish color. Smells like Chamomile and Fennel – just like it said it would.
Well.
Not what I was expecting…in a good way tho!
You know I am not into Chamomile but with Fennel it changes the way it works – I’m not saying I love it and would buy 1,000 boxes but it’s not bad for an herbal tea. Not bad at all…the more I sip it.
Not too fond of the scent of this one…but…
I haven’t been eating much this week and have been hungry and ended up eating cheesy bread for lunch and figured I would try this afterwards.
I only infused for 2-3 mins.
It’s a sunshine yellow in color. It tastes herbally but not overly so. I’m not sure what makes this semi-pleasant (considering I’m not one that’s usually drawn to Chamomile) but whatever it is THANK YOU!
This is nice and light and soothing.
Thanks for this one too LiberTEAS!!!
Oh no! Hibiscus! Oye! I’m only infusing for 2 mins or so…maybe that will help!
It seemed to help a little…neat!
I’m drinking this warm but I am thinking it would be better cold. Normally I wouldn’t do this…but I think I am going to pop this in the frig for a little bit and revisit. No rating for the time being…
I’ve said it before and I will say it again…LiberTEAS spoils me!!!!!
I was very eager to try this!
I’m a bit confused but we will see if that turns to joy once I sip! The reason!? The color of this is much different that I expected! It looks like a cloudy milk…I was thinking it would look like chocolate milk or something…
Taste is fairly mellow and very milky and has a slight cocoa taste at the end of the sip and on to the after taste…
I think I am going to add more…
OH YEAH! That makes a difference! I started with a little over 1 TBS and added 2 more…it’s more than suggested as they suggest 1-2 T but I figured I would try 3!
The color is still milky but with a cocoa and greenish tint to it. The smell is like milk with a hint of chocolate.
The taste is still quite gentle on the chocolate but VERY Creamy/Milky! This is very, very tasty! Just wished it had more chocolate! BUT…I still like it A LOT!
Thanks AGAIN LiberTEAS!!! You ROCK!
:)
This is one of her own blends folks!!!
This is GOOD STUFF!!!!
Bold for Breakfast time with a little bit of natural sweetness! Smooth too! I can taste the vanilla but it’s not interrupting the other awesome flavors.
YAY!
I really like this!
