So, I don’t really remember drinking this one. I think it was generically fruity/sweet but ultimately really forgettable. Boo.

I love a good rosé. This tea was pretty true to name in taste – fruity, a bit sweet, with a biting edge. Definitely better steeped for shorter amounts of time.

Didn’t mind this one. Lots of coconut flavor with some sweetness from the mango/pineapple. A decent work tea, especially when you’re trying to get more herbals in.

Spicier than I remember. Lots of good memories with this tea, but I’m okay with letting it go.

Not bad. Sweet with a bit of bite from the strawberry. Not as for as the Earl’s Valentine, but an okay substitute.

I remember loving the smell of this one in the store. Not sure if it aged poorly or the flavors just aren’t my thing, but I found drinking this tea to be unpleasant. Kind of a biting fruit flavor and nothing sweet to help it out. YAY for a sipdown!

This is pretty good whisked with milk for a sort of over latte effect. Whisked in hot water, it’s unpleasantly grassy. Not too sad to be finished with this one.

This was a winner for me … Mostly because I love berries in tea. (Too bad it got the distracted sipping, work tea treatment.)

Decent work tea. The bananas we’re definitely noticeable, but this tea was (surprisingly) not very sweet. It was okay, but I probably wouldn’t repurchase.

I don’t know what I was thinking. This smelled so good in the store – nutty, sweet, kind of like a slightly savory brittle – that I bought it, only for it to be totally disgusting when steeped. I don’t even know how to describe it, but something close to boiled peanuts and granola would have it. Shame on me for not getting a smaller amount to try before committing to 2oz.

I became interested in tea spring 2013, when some friends of mine brought me to a local tea shop. I’ve been experimenting since, and am absolutely in love! I am especially fond of blended teas, and I’m a sucker for gimicky flavors.

My cupboard is stocked with a lot of DAVIDsTEA at the present, although I do have a few teas from some local shops. I’m looking forward to branching out and trying teas from different vendors and shops. Let the journey begin!
