Has all the fruitiness and sour of passion fruit in the scent but didn’t live up to the smell once brewed. A bit boring, forgettable, the fruit didn’t balance with the black tea. I probably should have tried it cold though and with sugar, I’m sure it woulda been better

Had this for awhile now since I only drink it occasionally. I have been mad for Jasmine flavored anything- Jasmine Mint toothpaste, Jasmine candles, Jasmine shower gel. So of course I needed some Jasmine tea. This is pricey but lovely! Its a very natural tasting Jasmine that perfectly
Compliments the tea. Love it, but didn’t love the price. Nice cold or freshly brewed around 170.

I bought a few packs of Wrigley’s Jasmine chewing gum in China. It had a minty background. Pretty nice!

Ooh my kind of flavor! I wish they would bring that to the US. Or one day when I visit China I will keep an eye out

This is a really nice one, you can really taste and smell the Lavender. It just has a really clear taste of Earl Grey. I was pleasantly surprised. Can drink with or without milk, it holds up without milk surprisingly well. Nothing bitter or off-putting. I could see myself purchasing a large bag

drank Royal Breakfast by Tiesta Tea

Wanted to get my hands on more samplers and this one seemed pretty popular on Amazon. Kinda pricy considering the amount I think. Its definitely not enough for the advertised 60 cups. This is a light flavor tea. Kinda fruity and doesn’t hold up to milk and sugar like a classic breakfast tea should. It is nice without the sugar and milk though. Just lightly fruity. Not bad.

drank British Blend by Tetley
283 tasting notes

Came across this in my local store. I remember my parents buying it when we lived in England, didn’t know it made it to the US. Anyway, it’s an OK standard cup of team. Milk and sugar complements well. Sometimes it tastes a little odd. I like PG Tips better…but this will do in a pinch. Might try and get my hands on other class UK brands.

Tetley has a black and green combo that is one of my favorite office teas.

When we first started drinking hot tea, a British lady brought me a box of this and said it was the truest to what most people drank in England. Ashman loved it with milk and sugar.

That sounds really good, I’ll have to give it a go! I don’t find many green and black tea mixes, would be perfect for work!

It does hold up well to milk and sugar which is my favorite way to drink tea! I remember seeing it in the local stores in huge boxes for the few years I lived in the UK

Seems like forever since I have been on this site… but back to write a quick review. I wasnt a big fan of this… it made a really strange cold tea but I found that was my favorite way to drink it. Or maybe I just brewed it with too many leaves? j really wasnt a fan of this hot, it just wasn’t anything special. I think I was expecting looking at the blend if leaves.

drank Capri by Harney & Sons

I don’t think I’ve had a fig tea and the other flavors of lemon and vanilla were really intriguing. I don’t like this hot, it tastes like every other fruity tea from Harney. Cold is much better but I don’t really get the flavors they list. Maybe I get prunes? IDK it wasn’t a home run but I did enjoy most of it cold with a tiny bit of sugar. I wouldn’t buy it again though…

Flavors: Prune

I am really using allll my will power to not order the Queen Charlotte set….I loved the show. Just wish I could get the tins but filled with loose leaf tea instead. Anyway, this will probably be my last Republic of Tea review for awhile unless I get that set. I wasn’t a fan of this. Idk why…it just didn’t taste like I imagined it. Also I just drank the last of it and no particular flavor stands out enough for me to add to this review :/

Bought the loose leaf version. Its a nice pleasant earl grey. Broken larger tea leaves which I always think tastes better than the smaller pieces. Its a little
Pricier though, especially with shipping so might not get it again.

A 100 rating from you! Yep, I also really like this one (but I tried the bagged). I was surprised I liked it so much!

I’m a big fan of Earl Grey :) This one was pretty good- I should pick up some of the bagged to keep at work for tea emergencies lol

drank Black Jasmine by Harney & Sons

I love this tea! I love Jasmine tea but usually it only comes in Green tea (I’ve seen it in White too). My favorite tea is black though. Love it, love it, love it! The perfect floral notes to it. Smooth and goes down nicely with just a touch of sugar, Nice hot or cold. Too bad it’s a limited one and they don’t have this one in stock all the time.

I have a little (ancient) bit of Pumphrey’s Blend from Peet’s Tea and Coffee—now discontinued. It was also a really nice green/black blend with a little jasmine.

Oooh that sounds nice! I went to take a look at their site, they have some nice looking teas. Hopefully they bring that mix back one day, I would be really interested in trying it or maybe I can try to blend my own :)
