I am not a fan of hibiscus but thought I would give this tea a try, no luck. I have discovered I am still not a fan of hibiscus and gave away the rest of my tea to a fellow tea drinker. At least I can feel good that I donated to a good cause.

This tea smells exactly like LUSH’s Honey I Washed the Kids soaps and Honey Bee bath bomb. Once brewed most of this wonderful aroma is lost. Nothing special about this tea, so far my least favorite from DavidsTea. Really happy I only have a sample on hand, don’t think is will be evening finishing it.

Although this tea is soft and subtle I think it is a great addition to ones tea collection. It is delightfully sweet both hot and chilled. Perfect for those times when you want a light tea with the softness of a green tea without the green tea flavor. I was very happy with my cup and even brewed a second one :)

The smell of Forever Nuts is like a cool crisp caramel apple! I just adore the fact that this tea is mainly comprised of a collection of sweetened nuts. When brewed the water turns into a soft rose colour which is not what I expected. When hot, the tea has a crisp apple taste and does not need any sweetener, I prefer it all on it’s own. I would keep this tea in my cupboard since it is also a great tea to bring out when company is around as a conversation piece.

This tea is a true pleasant surprise! It has a rich buttery aroma when it is dry and if it is steeped just right you can mimic this flavor in your cup. I really do enjoy this tea on its own but if you have a sweet tooth add some sweetness and some milk for a creamy treat. This will become a stable in my cupboard for sure!

So this tea was love at first sight since I am a huge fan of wintergreen lifesavers. So I grabbed a cup to go and was smitten with the aroma that was wafting from my David’s tea cup, it was was sweet smelling just like my favorite mint. On the first sip I experienced the wonderful sweet mint flavor. As I was on my third or fourth sip I became aware of a very odd aftertaste. My tongue felt slightly numb and I decided my Wintergreen Woods love affair would come to an end after my first cup. I am disappointed that this tea did not live up to all my hopes and dreams I had for this tea. I am considering mixing this tea with a black tea to see if it eliminates the undesirable aftertaste.

This tea is a blessing! If you are strictly a black tea drinking I highly suggest you step outside your comfort zone and give this tea a try! I drank this tea plain and it was perfect. The milk note comes through strong and creamy. The tea has a light green flavor that goes down smooth.

Great smelling robust tea when dry, I steeped this tea strong and added a half cupful of vanilla soy milk. When steeped it continues to have a bold aroma and deep notes of sweet chocolate. The milk perfectly compliments this tea and enhances the tea true flavor. I look forward to trying this tea without milk to taste the bare flavor.

This tea smells scrumptious before and after steeping! I am impressed with how the sweet notes come through in liquid form. I drank my first cup black but the nuts bring a strong milky note. I think this will become a tea I will use to curve my late night sweet cravings since it is caffeine free. As a last note this tea is great all on it’s own and I can’t wait to taste it iced!

This tea was recommended to me by a co worker last season. I am happy to be trying this tea for the first time on the “almost” fall day here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have steeped the tea strong and added steamed skim milk and a dash of brown sugar. This bold tea holds up well when mixed with milk. I would consider trying it plain as well to get the full taste of the leaves. This will become a fall staple for sure!
