SONNENTOR ADVENT DAY 7

Here I was so happy about night time herbals, didn’t check the translation (I knew Hol Dir but not Schwung) and made this only to discover that it means Get Some Momentum. Ha ha! I am pretty sleepy so hopefully it isn’t going to work like an energy tea tonight. Clearly I should have had it this morning!

It has chamomile in it, so maybe they were counting on the spearmint and hyssop to pep people up just by the minty freshness, but I find mint calming most of the time and the chamomile will probably just amplify my already drowsy state.

Tastewise – honestly lots of these taste much the same, this one being a little drier than some of the others, but chamomile kind of makes itself known in a blend in a big way and my tastebuds are not keen enough to get a huge difference. It is definitely minty, too.

Again, a pleasant final evening cuppa to sip on as I read my last chapter before bed.

Martin Bednář

I hope it doesn’t woke you up at all.

Sonnentor Advent Day 6

This one was not in the database and is no longer listed on their site as far as I can see.

The ingredients sounded really great, but alas, all I taste is rose hips and hibiscus. I really wish I had detected the pear and vanilla. I am okay that the cloves were hiding.

I didn’t notice until several days in that all but one of the Sonnentor advent teas are herbal and caffeine free, which makes it really nice to have a regular morning advent tea and an evening advent tea that won’t keep me up!

I didn’t mind the hibiscus too much in this one. It was tart but the others have been varied and not just assaulting me nightly with tartness. With a little leftover popcorn and the last of a chocolate orange, it made a good bedtime snack.

Martin Bednář

Apparently it’s hidden :/
http://steepster.com/teas/sonnentor/90606-santas-secret-tea

This is it, because their English translation is weird and wrong.

derk

An all-herbal calendar sounds perfect to balance the large amount of caffeinated teas in my stash. Maybe I’ll give Sonnentor’s calendar a try next year!

Martin Bednář

There are a few classic teas in derk, but I think zhat two or three only.

But I highly suggest giving them chance. They were available on Amazon, but I can buy them for you as well.

ashmanra

Martin: on the box it literally says that the name of this tea is simply Advent. Is it the same as Santa’s Secret?

Martin Bednář

It is. I wrote wrong name back then I guess. Because I kept everywhere German names, but here. No idea how that has happened.

Santa’s Secret is Advent tea.

ashmanra

Okay! I understand! :)

Sonnentor Advent Day 5

No note from Martin? Was this one not in the advent two years ago?

We had a busy day, driving Hugo the Lion Heart back home to Superanna’s house about an hour away and Ashman finishing some repairs there. Back home again and there ironing to do, next week’s lunches to plan and prepare, supper to make. Anyone else feel:tired just from riding in a car?

Now it is nearly bedtime and I am just getting around to my advent tea and it is a really good one for tonight. The name the way it is used in day to day speech basically means “beautiful quitting time” but feier means celebrate and abend means evening. So I can think of it as celebrating just having the evening to relax now.

This is pretty nice! The linden is softened and sweetened a bit by the floral ingredients and honestly I feel relaxed and chill.

These teas do not have the wow factor,so,far that I got from the Cuppageek herbals, but they are still a nice cup to sip on.

Martin Bednář

It was in, but I did a note in Random Steepings (here: http://steepster.com/Martin-CZE/posts/397286). Apparently I was sick back then and that’s why I did not made a separate entry.

Sonnentor Advent Day 4

I don’t have a sore throat, so I don’t know if this would really soothe a sore throat any more so than any hot cuppa would, but I do know this is a pleasant little herbal cup.

I like the taste of linden well enough, and the additional herbs in this just made it even nicer. I am enjoying having herbals that don’t pound you in the face with strong mint or tart hibiscus/rosehips EVERY SINGLE CUP.

These Sonnentor herbals thus far are mild and pleasant.

Martin Bednář

Maybe it is different point of view of European and US tea blenders? I am very glad that you are enjoying those cups :)

Sonnentor Advent Day 3

Quite a while back I tried making golden milk and I hated it. Then I tried a turmeric tea that a friend was drinking for health and I really couldn’t get into it. I thought this tea would be like that.

I pre-planned for disaster. Should I just make it in milk? Make a latte? Add eggnog? Would that be horrible? Horribler? Ha ha!

I decided to steep it in just a bit of water and sip and depending on how it went I would top up with either more hot water or add milk and sugar.

But when I tasted it, it was actually good! As Martin put it, it is an easy drinking spice tea and I had no trouble at all sipping it down. This was well done. No additions needed.

drank Kaminknistern by Sonnentor

I drank this one with supper and I wish now I had tried it by itself so I would have better notes on it. We had a tomato based tortellini soup and the flavors were pretty strong and I am afraid they drowned out some of the flavor of this tea.

The name means “fireplace crackle”. One might expect a lapsang for that! But they went for cozy factor instead. Rose hips, apple, hibiscus, apple, orange peel, Ceylon cinnamon, and essential oils of orange and vanilla. Those last two are flavors I adore, especially together! But mostly I got the tartness of rosehips and hibiscus and oddly enough I thought I kept tasting black pepper and didn’t realize it wasn’t in there until I had finished the cup and checked the ingredient list! I think the food was drowning out the flavors and the hibby poked a stick in my tongue and the tartness came across as pepper.

Not bad at all, not nearly as tart as most rosehip and hibby tea, just kind of fruity spicy. I wish I had tasted more orange and vanilla, but that’s my fault for having it with supper.

drank Gute Laune (Cheery) by Sonnentor
3458 tasting notes

I think my neighbor across the street probably heard my gasp when I opened the mailbox today, for inside was a package from Martin, plump with tea! It is the Sonnentor Advent Tea Calendar! Martin was able to send the box it came in flat, and I reconstructed it back to its original condition and packed the teas in! Wow, thank you, Martin! It was a complete surprise!

Since today is December 2nd, I decided to play catch up and drink two of these today. Gute Laune means good mood in German, and this tea is easy going and easy to drink.

I can’t say any one thing stood about it, except the utter lack of hibiscus and licorice root, which seems to be everywhere when you buy herbals. I agree with Martin that the apple mint does not really add a minty flavor. This tea was overall mild, easy to drink, pleasant enough, but no single flavor stood out to me. Just herbaceous and pleasant.

Martin Bednář

Hurray!
I was checking all yesterday that it will be delivered, but nothing. Apparently it wasn’t scanned as delivered — I sent it registered.

But I am so happy it has arrived and moreover not so late! It was stuck in Prague export for a week, so I was afraid it has been torn (as it was truly packed up) and they will return it back to me. I hope you will enjoy the flavours and teas, however, most of them are herbals.

Interesting to find this tea over here, but glad to find it :) At least I don’t have to add another tea, which would end with one single tasting note.

My soul is again a bit too crazy today. I am overthinking everything again and overall feel somehow miserable. In a week I will have an exam (if I won’t postpone it) and I need to study much much harder but I couldn’t find a way to do it.

Anyway this tea is from big bags section again and it seems it is not available anymore. It doesn’t taste anyhow special. It’s decent herbal tea, but somehow okay only and there isn’t some distinctive flavour at all.

Although it is from big bags I have no idea if it is that old at all. It was foilwrapped though, so hopefully still alright, though a bit old.

I was craving a fruit tea today afternoon, and while cranberries isn’t a fruit I crave often, today it was different and decided to brew it anyway. They suggest 10 minutes steep, which is a lot, but I decided to follow it anyway.

It’s tart, very tart, and very cranberry forward. They claim there is some orange peel in and it should be noticeable, but not for me. It had expecting flavour profile though and honestly it wasn’t bad. Maybe a teaspoon of sugar would make it more lovely and less tart.

It is about 20 minutes since I finished the cup and I still notice its tartness on my tongue tip, but it’s okay. Nothing I would have to keep in my cupboard though.

I got this tea bag in huge bags stash and as it is called “Spring kiss” I have decided to find out how they imagine spring.

Lemongrassy and pretty minty. Not a bad blend, actually it is pretty tasty and not bland. Or simple herbal flavour. Nah!

Hmm, surprising treat. It is not for high-end drinking, but as a daily drinker I can imagine it!

Heavenly Christmas Delight Tea – Spice Herbal Tea blend.

“It was nice to go through the pre-Christmas season with you. Thanks for that! Enjoy all the wonderful Christmas with your loved ones. Let’s get the peace light now. Merry Christmas.”

And I have nothing to write more. It is exact, so – MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

As for tea – I expected something best of best, but it is rather another herbal blend with spices. Nice though, warming up spices as Cinnamon, fruity because of orange peel and apple pieces; not to mention sweet notes of licorice (but not awfully sweet), and nice herbal notes all together.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Fruity, Herbs

Relaxing Herbal Tea – Herbal spice tea

“How time flies. I have enjoyed my time with you. Let’s unpack decorations for our tree: straw stars, candles and glass balls are my favourite. And the ginger bread gets red ribbons.”

Oh yeah, but tomorrow will be the decorating day. We prepared potato salad to comply with tomorrow fried carp, did last shopping (because during Christmas shops are closed), and nowit is almost everything prepared and done.

Tea itself is so lavender heavy it is almost awful. Yeah, it is nice, enjoyable but way too much lavender (and I like it usually). In other notes it is not different from other Sonnentor herbal teas, maybe the parlsey was making it bit different. Maybe I just think that almost all of them are kinda same, even they are not. But I think this one worked quite well and was indeed bit relaxing.

I could copy and paste the note from ashmanra and it would be absolutely that what I am feeling about this tea. Quite sweet — but no sugars, stevia or whatever. Also it smells a bit like camomile, but none in here. A little minty and a little drying, but overall very nice blend.

Actually, I am surprised that I have rated it only 55, it deserves at least my average 70.

“After all this baking in the hot kitchen I want to get out into nature today. Breathing in fresh, clear winter air. Wrapped up warm, walkingg in the forest or the park in the company of dear people. Have you been outside today?”

I was. For 3 minutes while I was taking groceries out of car. Haha. Otherwise, I would not like to be outside, it is quite warm (around 5 °C) and no snow. I miss white Christmas (and whole winter) that was usual before. It makes me sad. And winter in Finland was indeed wonderful (3 years ago). And I have feeling to get out again.

This tea – was okay. Indeed bit fruity but as well herbal. It was nice refreshing tea; as for daily drinking tea it was nice – but nothing really to say WOW.

It’s 5am here with a cold rain outside. I’ll be putting on the coat and boots to venture out in a few hours.

Maddy Barone

I live in Fargo ND USA. We usually have snow for Christmas but not always. Today’s high will be around 1 degree C. Christmas will be -5. That is a little warmer than normal. I imagine Finland being beautiful with fir trees covered in snow. I could be completely wrong. I’ve never been to Finland. But in my mind it is a winter wonderland.

Martin Bednář

Maddy Barone: You can peek into my album here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Xk7tA7CmcPKLhSKPA

Others can of course too! Without a context it will be bit hard to have some feeling about it, but – why not to share? I was there 3 years ago for 4 months. I miss it!

ashmanra

I looked at the photos! The berries that look like our blueberries – are they bilberries? What is the giant rabbit that is lit from within? And there are people swimming – was it cold then?

I do not remember any true snowy Christmas, but we have had one or two with ice that were like a white Christmas for us. But also we often have a 10C Christmas and I remember several that were 21C! I got a bike for Christmas as a child and rode it in short sleeves!

Martin Bednář

Ashmanra: Yep, bilberries should be correct name. I haven’t thought there are difference between blueberries and bilberries. But apparently it is different plant. All teachers were teaching me “blueberry” form for those fruits.

Giant rabbit – they have each year in September a festival called “City of Light” Website of Jyväskylä city says: “The purpose of the event is to highlight the importance of urban lighting and related themes.” They select artists from all around the Globe to make some light-related stuff. And then, just whole city comes to look and it is cojoined with good mood, music and so on. As it is dark soon there (around 5-6 pm), even kids take part. It is quite nice festival.

Swimming people – yeah, it was quite cold, I think it was around 15 °C, but those crazy men and women were in sauna beforehand. And saunas in Finland? Well, my maximum teperature to enjoy is 110 °C and that is considered cold for Finns. Jumping into cold water is traditional and they say it is even better when there is ice on the lake, so they prepare a hole to jump in before they go to sauna. Crazy guys, but I love the mentality. They do not speak much, being close friend with Finn is worth (and hard to be).

Calming Tummy Tea – Herbal tea blend
“Tonight is the longest night of the year. Winter solstice is when Raunächte (twelve days of Christmas, Austrian German word) start. This is a very specialy mystical time for me. It is time to let go of old things and make room for new ones.

Yep, it is 4.15pm while I am writing this note and it is dark outside already. Oh well. But on positive side, it will be just better and better.

On the tea – somehow happy and sad that I have two teas left of this Advent calendar. No more herbals (why so many of them to be honest?).

I do not mind herbal tea, but why tummy soothing one before Christmas? I would enjoy it rather day after Christmas :D. Anyway, it was nice blend, very “green”, nothing really distinctive, but bit drying in mouth. It wasn’t one of the distinctive teas, but mayybe this was one of the nicest of Advent. It was just right, nothing too strong.

Well, I guess that for Winter Night there is no better day than today, a winter solstice day. I really realised it was long time dark ouside today in the morning.

Anyway to the tea; I pretty much agree with note by ashmanra year ago. It is pretty much hibiscus forward, a little tart. I also notice cloves again, and some mishmash of citruses. One would say that it tastes very simillar to Spicy Christmas I had a few hours back, but with different base.

Not bad, but nothing to write home about.

Winternight – Fruit Spice Tea Blend

“Have you got things that you have cherished forever? For me it is an aroma lamp, which I potted with a friend. Each year I use it to evaporate my favourite essential oils.”

Well, I am not really sure if I have something like that in my life. Maybe now a tea cup I have recieved from one r/tea IRC channel member. Because it is so pretty one!

As for tea; this tea brews old rose pink (red) colour, which made me happy it is not filled with Hibiscus so much. But tastes quite weird, it is quite tart (I blame you hibiscus!), very spicy like – mostly like essential oils used (they were!) and mostly on clove side. I do not mind cloves, actually, I like it, but here it was like warming element of it. It was bit weird, because the tartness of the tea. I did not distinguished any other fruits which was kinda sad.

It is not a bad tea, but I won’t recommend it, because I expected more fruity notes and less warming up spices. Maybe some of you will like it?

So yes, this is yesterday Sonnentor Advent tea, which I just postponed because I didn’t wanted two caffeine-free teas and it just sounded as another herbal tea.

That said it is absolutely true it is another herbal tea. Nothing distinctive, mild, calming tea. Some sips were a bit bitter.

Advent calendar 19 (still, one day behind)

“Have you planned your Christmas dinner yet? I have just started thinking about it. It should be something special. Often the best things are right at our door step. I find inspiration at farmer’s market or the organic grocer.”

Well, tradition says we should make fish and potato salad. You think it is healthy? It sounds huh? But fish is carp, fried in breadcrumbs and potato salad is with mayo, fried onion, full-loaded with all good things you can think of. For sure, there is some English recipe on-line…

As for tea, it is another herbal tea. Not bad to be honest, it was nice and smooth, but nothing extra to enjoy as well. Weirdly I notice camomile, I was even sure it is in, but… aparently it is not! it was mellow, mallow flowers is making it easy drinking and even there were little refreshing notes there.

But, in the end, it was just another herbal tea like lots of Sonnentor teas. Some are better (as this tea), some are worse (or just okay). I should try it more times to make better tasting note. No rating, again.

Advent calendar 18 (drank on 19th),
so backlog and one tea behind. So it means I also have another day without a tea. That day was awful (18th), I was so busy I could not even have cuppa. Arrived home from doctor appointment, was sent for shopping for Christmas. Tried to study a bit – sent to bake Christmas cookies. So, no time for drinking tea (and to enjoy).

Green Fortune tea – Green Tea Spice Blend
“Advent time is the time of reading. We have made it a tradition to share a book or a story that we particulary like. We cuddle up on the sofa, read, listen and talk.”

It is nice tradition, but as I only read coursebooks recently…
And this tea did not bring me fortune, as I drank it in the morning before exam. I returned almost blank paper and I was not only one. One classmate needed 2,5 points (maximimum was 10); and he said “I have nothing there.” It was bloody hard! If I will be optimistic, one or two people passed this exam.

As for tea – as I said, it is backlog. But I did not remember anything distinctive. It was mellow green tea (tasted like hay though), bit of jasmine there apparently. And then some herbal mix, which was not really enjoyable. There was nothing to focus on. It was like herbal tea and in addition, they added some green tea. Hmmm.

Well, here’s hoping you’ll have a little time for fiction very soon!

Reading notes like this makes me glad to be out of college. I had more than my fair share of nightmare professors, nightmare coursework, and nightmare exams as an undergraduate. It all made graduate school seem easy in comparison. I remember a lot of my friends used to think my course of study was easy compared to theirs, but they never really understood just how much work you have to juggle in the humanities fields, how little support you receive, and just how terribly oppressive the atmosphere in most programs really is. Most of my time was spent reading literary texts (normally fun, but when you’re reading large chunks of different texts for multiple classes on a weekly basis and often juggling more than one text in many classes, not really), compiling and reading research, and then drafting and revising, drafting and revising, and drafting and revising again. Of course, then you had to consult with professors (which often consisted of getting screamed at, ridiculed, belittled, and occasionally publically humiliated) and then redraft, consult again, present (in which professors would again tear you apart, this time with help from your classmates), gather feedback, redraft again, consult again, and then maybe put together a finished product. Assignments would often change on a whim. Deadlines were always tight and were subject to constant changes. Grading was unbelievably subjective. Exam questions would be based on the most minute and seemingly frivolous details of assigned texts. Sometimes exam questions would even have little if anything to do with assigned readings. Why was it like this? I attended a large public research university, and since the whole focus of the university was on generating research, most programs actively sought to indoctrinate students into contemporary academic thought and the academic lifestyle within their respective fields so that the university could put people on the academic career path, eventually churning out more academics who would produce more research. In the humanities fields, everything is extremely product-driven because funding is both limited and highly competitive. You have to produce to show that your field still holds value. Competition within and among the disciplines is unbelievably brutal and cutthroat, so the idea is to mold people from the ground up, rewiring them to research, manipulate academic language and materials, and produce academic writing as efficiently as possible without distraction. Coursework, scheduling, and just the overall atmosphere of classes were designed to foster a sense of social and professional isolation from the greater university community and the world at large so that students could be thoroughly indoctrinated into the accepted viewpoints (Professors say they want inquistive minds and independent thinkers, but what they really expect is people who inquire as they do and freely think as they do. After all, the humanities fields are very political, and deviation from established professional practices and consensus opinions does not make your work easy to publish) and lifestyle of their discipline. I went into my degree program with a love of literature and writing. I even thought I wanted to be either a professor or a lawyer someday; English (my program) is actually accepted to be one of the most useful courses of study for aspiring lawyers. That all changed by the time I graduated. It took me several years to get back into reading literature for fun and even longer to get back into writing.

Martin Bednář

gmathis: thanks, I hope too

eastkyteaguy: Thank you for your long, but well made comment! I study logistic technologies, so something that should be somehow precise, exact and so on. It is not! Honestly, this exam was from statistics. I understand somehow that we calculate it by hand (with calculators, at least). But usually people use Excel for that. It is good to know how it works. It is good to be able to count basic stuff without using Excel. It is somehow useful. But why the hell I should know the formulas by heart? Why I should check statistics tables for exact numbers? And as I have heard from classamates – two of them have same solution. One of them had full points, while other one have nothing? Teacher (77 years old by the way) said he used wrong formula – so zero points! Yes, it was little bit different, different way to calculate it (but both right). Everything is stressful, everybody thinks that his/her subject is most important in semester, there is no time to rest, no time to enjoy a fuckin’ life. I am drinking heavily (but less than few years ago), because it is only time when I can think about something else. But now, as I am paying for university (first 4 years all free, but then you have to pay), I have to take part-time job. Yes, it means I study all day, then go on night shift and I am awake even for 24+ hours per day. My grandma said she is afraid of my health, but what I should do? Should I ask for some donation some friends online (Steepster people, IRC (Reddit) people; because I do not have much real friends (and most of them have their struggles?). Nope, I won’t. I need some hobbies too! So drinking tea is making my life at least bit enjoyable. And sharing it with others is making me relax a bit. Not great though – but it’s better than hate everybody (and everything).

All studies I made so far is related to my future work. I want to finish it, because, of course, the degree opens gates (is that good in English?) to more interesting jobs. Much better wage, more enjoyable job, just… better!

As I said, I am studying it for fifth year now. I feel drained, like – I can’t find something filling my life, but alcohol and tea. And tea is not always a good thing. Moreover I am moreless psychiatric patient (I have panic attacks and something more), so it makes me really feel bad sometimes. I need a rest, while now I have at least two weeks somehow free through Christmas, but I need to study because exams starts right after.

Maybe I just need to share my feelings… maybe I need someone wom I can share my troubles with. My friend (from Switzerland) is now in Ecuador (but thanks for everything Fabiana) and other one is great one, but can’t talk somehow openly with him (but Pavel, you are great anyway).

Now, during the weekend, let’s make last (online) exam and… then few days to rest at least. I hope that my nieces and nephew won’t be around for long (nobody knows yet).

Thank you everybody who reads my tasting notes (and comments), because it makes me happy that I feel somehow needed for others as well. (I need a hug badly!)

Shae

Sending a virtual hug your way, Martin! Take care of yourself. Holidays are stressful enough, plus everything else you’ve got going on.

mrmopar

Sharing your feelings will help. I am glad to talk if you need the bit I can offer. I lived the alcoholic life and lost a lot of the good things. I now do more tea than the alcohol. There is an old book with a chapter called Job in it. I read what that man went through but never lost his faith. You preparation, perspiration and dedication will always see you though.Seems tough lots of days but I bet myself and quite a few other people on here know you can succeed.

tea-sipper

Eastkyteaguy – since you mention literature, if you were to occasionally mention books you’re reading, I wouldn’t complain.

Martin – the English saying would be “open doors” rather than gates, but we know what you mean! I could never be as good as you with a second language. Like you say, college will improve things later on, even if it’s tough now. Wishing you the best!

Martin Bednář

Everybody: I made the exam today and I have passed, so now I can study for whole course exam which is traditional way. At least something that made me happy a bit.

Shae: Thank you; exactly my feelings. Holidays are indeed stressful for me; mainly because of that I need quite place for study and moreover I am somehow too tight when kids come over. But I hope it will be good. Thanks for hug!

Mrmopar: Indeed it helps, and for me twice – because writing in English makes me thinking differntly than usual. I will try keep it in mind; and if something bad happens, I will write you. But, I drink much less than I did before…sad story for 24 years old man.

Tea-sipper: Your note is really nice, because honestly I think my English is not so great. But happy to see it is “readable”, even sometimes I make some mistake. I hope those tough days will end soon! Thank you for your nice words.

You know, reading this conversation reminds me what a great bunch of people you all are. Martin, you’ve got a lot of people pulling and praying for you. I’m one of them!

Bloomy Turmeric Tea – Spice Herbaal Tea Blend

“Today we made music together. No, we are not musical geniuses, more category children’s songs. It made us so happy and what fun! At the end, we even sang a canon.”

Well, in my family we rather do not sing. Only one who sings in choir is my father, but all others are singing just badly :)

As for tea, well, it is nice tea and I was afraid when I took a sniff after few first minutes of steeping – I noticed mostly rose – lavender, it was like soap. When it was longer – it just got nice spicy aroma of Thyme and Cardamom, little bit of lavender. In taste it is meadow in mouth. Yeah, it is very floral, probably mostly after lavender and roses. And it is mellow and enjoayble, full of taste which is kinda surprising for me.

Flavors: Cardamom, Lavender, Soap, Thyme

Preparation
Boiling 8 min or more 10 OZ / 300 ML

I love the little sayings that go with your Advent teas! Christmas choirs make my heart happy.

Martin Bednář

Well, those are on the tea bags and I have decided to share them, because – yes they are lovely.

Shae

I love the sayings you post too. I was wondering if they came with the teas or if they were part of a book perhaps. How fun that each tea bag has something unique.

I will repeat myself with this note, but as it was 3 years ago since I wrote that one…

It is nicely refreshing cup of tea, mostly of peppermint (not sure if I am able to notice applemint as it does not contain menthol), somehow rough herbal notes, I thought it was thyme or something… but it seems it was long-steeped lemon balm.

Enjoyable herbal tea. Maybe a bit better than last time. And again, available in 1 kg bulk package :)

Fortune tea – herbal tea blend

“What scent comes to mind when you think of Christmas? I will cut oranges into slices and dry them. They will look great on my Christmas tree.”

Honestly I am not really sure if I can recall some particular scent with Christmas. Maybe sparklers, Christmas candy, fruits, clean house. Some are better, some are worse, but Christmas ones for sure.

As for tea? This is very refreshing blend, as two kinds of mint are there. Chamomile is not present in taste at all, overall it was very mellow and enjoayble. It brews limegreen for me, not yellow as they say. Then some generic taste of herbs come up, but still with refreshing aftertaste.

I wonder how this tea should bring me fortune, but I should brew it earlier than in evening – I failed today exam (I did mishap with formula). Well, next year, new me. And exams coming up. I decided to postpone tomorrow exam as it would be “deadly” to study for two in such a short time.
