Cold brewed for a day and a half. Added a teensy tiny bit of simple syrup (like a tablespoon to all 32oz).
Delicate, yet flavorful.
This smells so good in the tin, but hot-brews up iffy for me. Cold-brewing, on the other hand, winner!
