Sometimes a “sweet” herbal tea can taste flat and artificial, but this one has a depth of flavor— maybe from the chamomile? It gives you a little touch of that astringent grass flavor that brings the sweetness down to earth a little. It’s mildly fruity but mostly delivers the honey taste.

This is so delicious. I love earl grey but the bergamot in some brands is too heavy. That isn’t the case with this tea. Maybe the vanilla tempers it a little bit? You can taste the lavender at the end of each sip but it’s not overpowering at all. Very smooth taste.

I thought this combination of flavors could potentially come off harsh and bitter, but it’s actually quite delicious. It’s definitely not as astringent as I expected— the pepper hits you first but it’s pretty mild, then you taste the green tea, and then something savory and herbal. I drink this plain… it might taste weird with sugar. Green tea can sometimes give me an upset stomach, but this one doesn’t.

Quite a daring combo! This is the kind of tea I would be to afraid to try without making sure that somebody else had tried it and lived to tell the tale.

I love this and I wish they still made it. The vegetable teas were an acquired taste. They’re not exactly like tea, and not exactly like soup. You would think a broccoli tea would smell like fart water but it really doesn’t— the coriander takes the lead, and it has a nice herbal umami flavor that makes a great savory snack. And the bags are quite large and you can have a few cups before the flavor fades too much.

I made the mistake of trying the tomato mint tea first, because it sounded the safest, and it was actually the only one out of the sampler I didn’t like. Maybe others did the same, and didn’t give the others a chance. Anyway I’m very disappointed they don’t make the veggie teas anymore.

I like this. I’ve had strong ginger tea that tastes kind of flat but this one has a fresh, green taste. It’s good on its own or with sugar.

It doesn’t taste like much, other than a mild grassy flavor and even milder mint. I drink it every night though because it really does relax me.

It smells a lot stronger than it tastes, and there’s something artificial about it, yet I find it goes down easy first thing in the morning, I think because it smells so sweet. I use one teabag in my giant travel mug, so it’s very dilute. Brewed in a regular-sized mug, the fake flavor is way over the top.

This has a pretty good flavor. It’s not as good as the looseleaf from my local tea shop (which is loaded with rice), but it’s decent. Sweet, grassy, not too astringent. It could use a little more of that toasty rice flavor but overall it’s very enjoyable.
