Finished off my sample packet by making some matcha rice. The buckwheat and matcha worked really well with the rice. I ate it for breakfast this morning with an egg on top and some cucumber kimchi and it was wonderful.

Been thinking about getting this since TeaVivre isn’t shipping because of Coronavirus :(. I love TeaVivre’s buckwheat embryo tea and until they get back up and running, looking for a replacement and the matcha sounded interesting.
