Faint floral note on the sip.

Strong floral note which trails into the aftertaste. Dull snap-pea sugary sweetness at the end of the sip and trailing into the aftertaste. Characteristic white tea note in the middle of the sip.

10-second rinse before infusion.

Wilted autumn leaves with a stone fruit note. Slight astringency with a surprising creamy note reminding me of a milk oolong.

A very nice mix of mints. This one is not just peppermint- there’s a sweet mint in here as well (I think it is spearmint) which is nice and gives the flavour some complexity. There is a savoury herbal note present.

I forgot to rinse this one before infusing.

This tea has the typical woodsy-mushroom flavour that I typically associate with Pu-erh.

Strawberry candy scent is present in the brewed tea.

Strawberry flavour is mild and candy-like. Oolong is sweet, reminiscent of chamomile.

Strong aroma of melon from the brewed tea.

Melon fruity and slightly creamy note. Soft sweetness which trails into the aftertaste. Slight celery-vegetal note.

Slight smokiness, sweetness on the finish, savoury complex flavour reminiscent of fish. Berries and grapefruit on the aftertaste.
