1.5 tablespoons of dry leaf for 375 ml of water.
The aroma of the brewed tea is mainly that of tart apple and cinnamon. There is a hint of baked crust scent in the background.
On the sip, the apple taste is rather flat and trails artificially to the end of the sip. The aftertaste is pleasant and does not carry the flat notes from the sip. Cinnamon flavour is mildly present. Buttery baked crust notes come through.

I miss this tea so much. It was extravagant. All I had hoped for and more. You are so lucky to stil have some left.
I ordered 50 grams of this one with my last online order. I’ve had my eye on it for a while but it is only available online and I decided to chance it. Not my favorite tea but I’m really glad to have something apple-y in my collection now!
I love apple-y teas. I got Della Terra’s apple pie because I could order a bit to try. And I LOVE it.

Sadness.I really wanted to try this one, but I have been hesitant to get 50 grams.
