142 Tasting Notes
Day 6 of my Advent Calendar.
Yet another tea I’ve been meaning to try but just haven’t gotten around to.
I like it, i can definitely see myself reaching for this after a night of partying.
might go to the store and pick up 25g to have for new years day!
Preparation
Day 5 of my Advent Calendar.
What a nice surprise another tea that i’ve been meaning to try.
Dry leaves smell citrussy, and pepery i imagine that’s the bergamot oil.
Steeped it still smells very much the same. Liqueur is a nice canari yellow color.
time to taste: Light and refreshing, getting alot of bergamot but also picking up the orange the green tea is lost in the other flavors though.
I like it but not enough to go buy a tin of this, glad i got to try it though
Preparation
Day 3 on my Advent calendar.
Glad i got this i’ve been wanting to try it!
the dry leaves are pretty much what you would expect they smell minty.
steeped i kinda get a gingerbread smell, weird…maybe it’s just me i did build a gingerbread house last night maybe the smell got stuck in my nose..
the liqueur is very dark
time to taste: mmmm this is lovely, mint, cinnamon, and the vanilla there at the end.
now this is a tea that belongs in a christmas calendar! Lovin’ it!
Preparation
So Day 2 of my Advent Calendar.
I Love this, surprising since i don’t like rooibos, peach and am not the biggest fan of Mango and apple either.
This tea is a nice tangerine color and smells amazing.
Tastes kind of like peaches and cream Quaker oatmeal, i really does have a creamy note on the finish there.
Not what one would expect on a christmas calendar but still a nice surprise
Preparation
Found this in the back of my cupboard and couldn’t remember if I had tried this yet.
Having tried it now i’m pretty sure i would have remmbered if i did!
this takes citrus to the max, i get citrus and i get more pepper than peppermint.
I like this but i don’t see myself buying anymore I guess i’m just not a citrus person.
