Cold steeped this in the fridge a few days ago. This is really good cold! I still taste a bright fruit, peach or lychee like at the beginning of the sip. It then goes into a strong floral like rose, but with the bite that jasmine can get. The aftertaste has an immediate green bite, then fades into a floral. This reminds me a little of a Fauchon tea that I really liked iced in the summer. Not quite as well balanced, but a good close second. I bet this would be really good as a sweet tea or with a little cream!

Update: I just read that this has hibiscus in it! I’m super happy to say that I didn’t detect any at all!

My name is Dustin and I like tea.

I’m an added flavor kind of tea fan, but have had a growing appreciation for plain. I want my tea to remind me of cookies and cakes with coconut and almond slices with a hint of chocolate drizzled on top. I want dancing ponies and flying monkeys shooting off fireworks! And no hibiscus. Hibiscus is the devil.
