29 Tasting Notes
I like this. At first it tasted like berries and wood but it’s mellowed out a bit and I can really taste the apple now. It basically tastes like liquid apple pie to me.
On a side note, for some reason there are two entires for this tea on steepster. The other is at http://steepster.com/teas/davidstea/26305-sleigh-ride
Preparation
#10. I wasn’t expecting much but it’s actually quite good. I was a little concerned when it said it was a green tea but wanted to be steeped at 208F, I was expecting that to get bitter. The juniper berry smell also put me off but it’s growing on me now.

Preparation
Tea #5 of 24. I’m not enjoying this as much as I though I would. The smell while brewing was great but for me the taste just doesn’t stand up to the smell. Maybe I’m just not an Earl Grey fan. It’s drinkable but I wouldn’t go back for more.
Preparation
Tea #3 of 24. I didn’t know what to expect for my first Rooibos but I was happy that it tasted like the Chai that I hoped for. This was a nice evening warmup tea since it has no caffiene and the snow was blowing outside. I think it would be great to drink when stuck at home with a cold. Only downside I found was there wasn’t much left for a second brewing.
