2nd Cup for the Day.
I Choose this after dinner Tea for its sweetness.
The Dry Leaves smell sweet enough to anticipate the taste
and the 3 min. Steep delivers the sweet odor to the Cup.
Very smooth Black Tea with a Strong Blue Berry Flavor.

2nd Steep of the day is a REAL TREAT.
Had this box of tea for about a month.
After a Seafood Lunch of Fish and Shrimp.
Wanted something Sweet. and reached for this.
What a GREAT choice this was after this lunch.
Like white wine with seafood.
The dry leaves have a pronounced “sweet smell”
After boiling water and Steeping for a Long 5 min.
The Color is not so RED as I wrongly expected.
But A Kingly Golden Brown. The tea is Also Sweet Smelling.
And the TASTE is so Smooth and Softly Sweet.
This could be a New GO TO STANDBY Tea for my Taste.
What a GREAT Ending Note for a GOOD LUNCH.
Nothing but Good Expectations from the Tea forward

Preparation
Wednesday Nov. 10 2010 1st Steep of the Day,
Wanted Something New and Daring, So went with Pu-erh
Yamamotoyama Sampler Oolong Pu-erh.
This is one of 9 Samples in this Stash Distributed Box tea.
The Dry Tea smells Leafy and my nose didn’t detect any major difference
This is a bagged Pu-erh in individual Foil packets
But nothing unusal compared with other Leaf Tea bags. (Wow)
This 1st steep was infused for 2 1/2 minutes in just under Boil
The Liquer is Golden Brown Earthy Smelling more so then the Dried leaves
First Hot sip is Pungent and slightly Dry to the taste.
After Notes are Pleasent and Refreshingly Clean and Clear Tasting
Later Warm Sips are more Distinct with a Musty and Earthy Presence.
This was a GREAT Introduction to the Mystery of Pu-erh’s
I am now looking forward to try a Brick or Cake Pu-erh in the Future.
Great way to try these Teas
