I purchased this tea last night for $25 for 2ounces, and brewed it last night. I must say this is the best tea I have ever had. For an Oolong Tea, this is really high quality and craftsmanship. I find Oolongs to be very bitter, but this tea really highlights what an Oolong tea should taste like. When I first brewed it, it was so light in color, and I could smell the richness and the baseness of it. When I tasted it, it was heaven. You get that basic Oolong tasted of smokiness, but it so light that you pick up the floral notes that were hiding. That bright flavor really brings out the sweetness for this Oolong. I have been waiting years to get up the guts to buy this tea (mostly for the name), and now I don’t know why I didn’t buy it earlier. I recommend this tea to anyone, it is a must have in your cupboards!

Holy Bergamont Batman! This is labeled a flavored black tea on the tin, and man is it flavored. Usually Earl Grey teas have enough bergamont to cut thte acidity of the black tea, but this one the bergamont is so overused it can be nauseating. I steeped only one bag for caution and I was so overwhelmed with the bergamont. It is a necessity to put some milk with this tea, at least that helps to mellow out the bold bergamont flavor, if bold means insane. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf usually has good quality teas, this is just overboard.

For a Rooibos, this tea is mellow. The Lemon Verbana and Passionfruit really help to bring the tea down to a nice place. It is a very bold and spicy tea. Spicy in the sense that it will take you a few sips to get use to it. Now, as for passion? I felt this tea makes you feel a little bit better about yourself after a few cups, but there was no signifigant change in my sex drive. Overall i’d say this was a nice tea for a summer afternoon.

My mother mailed me this tea, and when I pulled it out from the package, boy was I surprused at how much it smelled like Huckleberry. This tea will give you a run for your money. It is sweet and very aromatic, not to mention it has a great and delicate body, which is hard to find in a fruity tea. Because this tea is Ceylon, alot of that delicacy comes from the fruit itself. Low on acidity, this is a good tea.

This is truly a basic Early Grey Tea. But it’s not something I would give to my Grandmother for tea time. The bag exploded when I tried to open it, and the flavors are basic Early Grey. The bergamont is a bit heavy and spicy, but the tea is good when you need a cup of tea. Don’t go out of your way to buy this tea. There’s no point.

Most Green teas could always use something after you’ve had alot of green tea to drink. And this tea does the Cherry Blossom justice, bringing out its natural flavor and sweetness. As soon as you open the tea packet I picked up floral notes, but the full magnitude of the Cherry Blossom was obtained when I brewed it. It is such a sweet and refreshing flavor, as opposed to a regular green tea.

This tea is a fruity black tea that is blended with herbs. Once I opened the can, all I could smell was the sage, quite surprisingly. The blackberries come in once you brew the tea, and spar well with the sage, creating a nice and mellow fruity tea. This is a great tea to be iced, because you can taste the natural sweetness of it, and the cold brings out the crisp sage even more. Overall a good tea. For fruity tea drinkers or black tea drinkers.

I am not particularly a fruity tea fan, but this one serves it purpose well as a flavored black tea. The tin says a “fragrant infusion”. Please caution yourself with that note. Once I opened the can , I was shocked at how much of an apricot infusion there was. The actual tasting of the tea wasn’t that good. This tea is better served as an aromatic. The ceylon is detectable, but that is mostly due to the ceylons acidity and natural floral tones. This tea is for amatuer tea drinkers.

Definitely one of my top ranking green teas. I love the flavor of this tea because its a simple press dried green tea, that really brings out the acidity of green tea, which I love. In drinking I noticed earthy flavor, as well as an extraordinary crispness that can only really be found in a green tea. For me its the Ultimate Basic Green Tea.

I bought this tea at The Tea Exchange in Manhattan Beach, California, and I was instictively drawn to its dark and rich flavor. This is not a tea for the meak of palate. Its smokey flavor paired with its usual floral undertones makes for a nice cup of tea. Don’t be dissuaded by the color of the leaves, it is a very crisp and clean tea.
