Strawberries & Cream has been a traditional English dessert since the time of the Tudors. The combination is simple, sweet ripe spring strawberries and fresh cream, sometimes with added sugar, or honey, but not really necessary. This blend brings out the fresh strawberry flavour and combines it with vanilla and a hint of vanilla sponge cake for a rich dessert finish.
