Unfortunately I didn’t have enough tea leaf to do as concentrated a ratio as I wanted to, but I still managed to double it. This time I got more cinnamon than anything else, it might even have covered up the weak hints of caramel and almond that were there before. All in all this tea was a disappointment, and I’m glad I’m done going through it.

Nice and toasty, I like it hot. If you add milk, it tastes like a toasty granola bar.

I was surprised I liked this. I’ve had a little sealed pouch stashed from a gift set from LAST christmas from a friend, and never really got excited enough about it to open it. I hate bags that don’t reseal. But tonight, I did, and I was surprised at how much I liked it. It is nutty and sweet and a pretty color. It isn’t a real tea, and it has typical Teavana overpricing so I doubt I will ever pay money for it, but I will enjoy it while I have it.

It’s quite similar if not the same as DavidsTea’s Forever Nuts. (And other companies also carry similar versions, if you are looking to perhaps spend a bit less!)

Enjoying this right now as an after dinner treat. Makes a great dessert tea. Out of the bag it smells super rich and sweet but it brews up with a hint of fruitiness that balances the sweetness out really nicely.

Really like this one, I like to add a bit of sugar to enhance the sweetness.

This tea is quite nice! It has a full body and I can taste the caramel, coconut and almonds distinctly – though almonds aren’t actually listed in the ingredient list and must be part of the “artificial flavoring”. Not sure I really taste the candied apple, but the tea certainly is red. I tend to like strong and sweet teas, so I used the full 2 tsp per 8oz. ( brewed as 4 tsp for 16 oz) and about 3/4 of a tsp. of rock sugar. Perfect! There was no bitterness or sourness, and the tea stands perfectly well on its own. I could see how it would nicely combine with a chocolate chai as well.

It Brews Pink… Kinda my whole wrap up on it. I love the tea very much, it brews well with the spiced apple cider, like a spicy caramel apple with nuts!!! :)

It brews pink because it has beet root. A surprising ingredient considering the taste of the infusion, i think they add it because of the color it gives to the tea.

Has a strong cinnamon and caramel taste to it. Reminds me of Chair tea. It is perfect as a Christmas tea, but I prefer fruitier herbal teas. I think this would taste good with oatmeal. Husband says it was too mild. Perhaps a longer steep time is needed.

Ugh, I just noticed that this wasn’t in my cupboard. I hate it when that happens! XD Anyway, I bought this at Teavana when I was visiting my mother. I’m glad I went in, because I got a couple of cute tins for half price, but I’m not sure what possessed me to actually buy tea! I plead insanity. Anyway, this is one chunky blend! Big pieces of apple and coconut and giant hunks of what I assume to be cinnamon bark? It smells very caramelly sweet with some nuttiness. I used a whole tablespoon for my 8 ounce cup because I knew it would be weak otherwise, and I steeped for 5 minutes.

This is actually surprisingly good! I noticed little pieces of dark red stuff, and I was afraid it was hibiscus, but it’s definitely not. Apparently it’s beetroot, I guess to make the tea dark pink for no reason? Whatever. The flavor is pretty good here. Lots of sweet apple with a perfectly charming amount of cinnamon, and a creamy nuttiness. I actually taste a lot of coconut, and it tastes like real coconut instead of sun tan lotion. I was surprised by this considering coconut isn’t mentioned in the name. There’s a little bit of tartness here, I assume from the apples, but it adds a nice dimension.

Overall, a perfectly nice little nighttime tea. Sweet and somewhat fruity, kind of like a very mildly spiced apple cider with coconut in it. Teavana has exceeded my extremely low expectations, color me surprised!

I received this tea as a Christmas gift from my BFF. She knows I love tea, and that I would be up for trying a different flavor adventure.

She also knows I have a huge sweet tooth, and the was right on the mark with this tea!

In the tin, dry, it smells exactly like a cinnamon roll!!

I love this tea. I tried it at a Teavana store and I was amazed at how good it was. However, I can’t seem to make it quite as perfect as the lady who made it for me, it could be the rock sugar they use. I have to let it steep for much longer and use a lot more of the tea than recommended for it to turn out the way she made it. I also tried using honey to sweeten it at first and it was awful, but agave nectar compliments it very well. I’m also wondering if this is one of the teas that can be reused? Seems odd to do so since the pieces get so soggy.
