This is my favorite bagged chai with a touch of milk and sugar. MUCH better than Tazo or Stash chai teabags- has a richer flavor that is closer to the real spiced tea made on the stove. Not as good as the chai lattes that are brewed with loose leaf tea, but delicious still
The smell of the cinnamon while steeping reminded me of big red gum (which I don’t like) so I went for a shorter steeping time. I didn’t realize we were out of milk until I finished making it so I simply put extra honey in.
It’s good, but I don’t think I’ll get it again. (Unless the milk tones down the cinnamon and brings out the other spices, I can’t really taste any of the others. Cinnamon is good but if I wanted cinnamon tea that’s what I’d be drinking.)

I really like this one at home, where I can get the water boiling and leave it to steep for a long time. (Sometimes I go do housework and come back as much as 8-10 mins later, almost always good that way.) In those conditions, great spicy flavor. Always have with sugar and half & half.
Unfortunately, it always just falls flat at work – not sure if it’s the not-boiling water or the shorter length of time I usually steep, but it’s just not that good.
