I’ve been wanting to try this tea since I heard it was going to be December TOTM a few months ago. It sounded like something that was right up my alley, and it is. I picked up 100 g of this tea during the buy 2 100 g tins get 100 g of a third free. Opening up the tin, it smells like a crushed up candy cane which was a good start. When I brewed it, the white chocolate and sprinkles melted to give the tea a creamy, light brown colour. This tea tastes pretty much exactly how it sounds and smells. It has a creamy taste to it and the candy cane flavor is more pronounced than the white chocolate. I couldn’t even tell this was a black tea, which was totally fine for me. I am glad I have 100 g of this tea because it is really good and I will be sad when it leaves. It is a shame this tea is so heavy though since 100 g only fills about half the tin.

First review! Got this tea for the first time today, and it is a delicious holiday treat. The white chocolate melting into it really makes it creamy, and it tastes just like a candy cane. Definitely recommend picking this up for those cold winter nights.

First eggnog latte of the season! It’s yum b/c eggnog but I think my milk is not fresh enough for good frothing since it’s doing the weird no frothing thing again. The eggnog and this tea together though make up for that though as this is pure deliciousness.

Wow, first review! I picked up a pre-packed tin of 100g today because it’s not officially released until December 1st, but had to try it. It smells like a candy cane, so no surprise there. I tried this as a latte because I’m not really a fan of peppermint, or candy canes… It was pretty a pretty good latte, and that’s probably the only way I will drink it because of my tastes. It’s creamy, and very peppermint flavoured. It honestly tastes exactly like a candy cane. So if you are a big fan of candy canes – you’ll LOVE this tea. As my tea guide said – it tastes like it smells. Which is pretty good.

If it wasn’t a black tea I totally would have tried this :(

Michelle

I heard someone who usually doesnt like black tea likes this!

Unfortunately It’s not that I do not enjoy black teas, it’s that they hurt my belly :(. I think it’s the tannins. I can drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day but no coffee or black tea (I avoid oolong as well).

Kristal, you should try White Chocolate Peppermint from Teavana~ It’s a rooibos :) And YAY to Michelle for reviewing it first!
