I found this to be way too strong the first time I tried it (I only got a tiny sample, but still working on finishing it off) so I just steeped it 2 minutes instead of 3. It’s an improvement, but the almond extract is still really drying to my throat, so as much as I love almond, I gotta say I’m not a fan of this approach to it.
