My first visit to Ku Cha House of Tea was very pleasant. This is a boutique shop dedicated to tea, full of gift ideas, teaware, and a huge selection of tea. I must return soon for more…and a tea pig – a sign of good luck and a companion for the tea drinker :) I brought home 3 teas: two green teas and an oolong. I was with a companion who ’doesn’t do tea’ so we didn’t try the tea ceremony. I was impressed with the knowledgeable staff – no pressure at all to buy – and very pleased to have such a fine shop so close to home. I’ll be visiting again very soon.
My go-to place for tea! They have a fantastic selection of loose-leaf teas for sale and on the menu. They’ve expanded recently and house the tea room/restaurant on one side and the retail shop on the other. Their menu is tea-inspired, and the decor is modern.
Great variety of teas, a nice atmosphere for a small shop in a retail center – not cozy, but welcoming.
Love the Dushanbe Teahouse – for it’s decor, its service. They don’t have a huge tea selection, but it’s all quality tea and the house chai is fantastic :)
This is the ultimate old-world tea experience. When I visited, there was a pianist playing while we sipped our tea, and the setting is just amazing!
