I am such a pu-erh fan, and this has become one of my favorites.It’s more subtle than a lot of pu-erhs, lighter flavored, with milk chocolate like undertones. PantherMoon Essentials’ owner, Sumitra, is incredibly knowledgeable about Pu-erhs, and this is one of her favorites too.

haven’t stopped by for awhile, but I’m here now! Had this last night with dinner at a great local restaurant, IZA, alongside a fatty curry. I liked it. Enough said…xo

This tea does have a kick to it, which enhances digestion of fats and proteins and assures that your circulation doesn’t get lazy. It is a daily beauty tonic, a gorgeous blend of herbs and spices which have been in women’s health+beauty arsenals for hundreds of years, Eastern and Western. It tastes truly of earth, the ingredients, not added flavoring (there are no flavor enhancements. just good, fair trade ingredients, Pacific-west local when possible, always organic). man, we are all suckers sometimes. i can’t help but be drawn to “pomegranate” anything cuz I consider it such a powerfood. There isn’t any pomegranate in this. Just flavor. extract city. taste fine, but i wouldn’t buy it. it was a sweet xmas gift: 10 bags all tied up in a pretty ribbon.

I’m a fan. Loose leaf teas are my favorite, and the only reason I ever have bagged tea is because TJ MAxx gets so many and I am a sucker for cool packaging. This one was a gift, and I like it. I’m a fan of benefits in tea, and consider it more important than the taste. The taste of this doesn’t rock my world, but I feel better drinking it than purely delicious blends.
